She showed us one phone and when asked the price of another she rolled her eyes and huffed "I don't know I'd have to open the back of each phone and look to see the price." Edited: so now 6 months later the phone we paid over $200 for doesn't work. My service in town is spotty, one family member dropped their line, and I feel like doing the same. If I need anything I use my app I definitely don't go to the store. I hate giving bad reviews but it is what it is.

We also had them install the custom cut screen protector for another 10 dollars just because I've never had any luck getting those things on straight. 3 weeks later when the screen protector started peeling off and the case had already had a major defect in it we decided to go back and see if they could help. Turns out they would not. The guy behind the counter pointed out that their return policy for defects is SEVEN DAYS! THAT'S RIGHT, THIS COMPANY ONLY STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT FOR 7 DAYS! And then they'll still do nothing unless you have a receipt. When I asked about the screen cover, the same guy told me that they (the screen saver) don't just peel off and that the screen was obviously hit and that's the only way they would peel from the corner like that.... Needless to say we will never buy another ANYTHING form this place as they have NO CLUE what customer service, satisfaction, or standing behind their product is. I usually give just about any business the benefit of the doubt when I have a less than wonderful experience. I was a customer service manager for years and I know it's hard work but... I went into the store and they were very nice…read more They set me up with both wireless and internet which includes a discount when you get both. Everything went well. I was almost a month into using their internet service when all of a sudden I no longer had internet. I called Verizon customer support and they said that my home location address didn't match what had been entered (by the store) or tied to the router/box that the store gave me. I live on the southwest corner of Springfield and the address that was tied to my router was on the northeast corner of Springfield. The customer service told me that internet was not available in my neighborhood. I went back to the store and they "acted" surprised. Then they tried to get me to sign up for the business internet at $20 more per month. I was so mad. I would have kept the other internet if they had just been honest with me. Now I had to find a different internet provider and I lost my bundle discount. This is pure fraud and something should be done about it.

This is a franchise location and not a corporate store, so they didn't have quite the inventory they could have. I killed my iPhone 7 on a recent motorcycle ride so I needed a new one. The girl helping me (sorry I can't recall your name) was patient with me as she helped me get the right phone. The SE is the cheapest one they offer but she listened to my needs and didn't try to upsell me something I didn't want. She helped me transfer all my apps and settings over, and I left happy. It did take a while to do this, so don't expect to get in and out of here in a hot second to avoid any frustration.
