We went on with our day. Earlier this afternoon we got a phone call and text our card didn't go thru, and they were suspending our service. Got them to look into it and "walla". They were wrong both times! Told them to just credit the card back for the overage. We then heard oh no, we cannot do that. We can credit it to the account for next month or return it to the card today., but you won't receive the money back for 14-16 days!!!!! This is absolutely u acceptable! We have Boost for our tv providers, and went with them for our phones. I have to say, after this mess, I don't want you for any of it! Your employees were rude and refused to listen. If you are looking for a cell service that works good enough and isn't an issue each month, beware. It's not worth the frustration dealing with them to help. If you want questions answered and honestly this is NOT the place to be. Boost, the last employee we spoke with this evening is the reason for this yelp review. Very sad.

I walked out and then came back to ask him for a managers number and his name which I think was a fake name because he paused then I left. Went to the other one on Rangeline and they were very polite and helpful.
