I have been to this store numerous times over the past couple of years and the staff there is always pleasant and helpful. Dealing with the phones is never fun but every time I have been to this store, they always have answers and solutions to my problems and have shown me a few ways to save a few bucks on my phone service. Every thing is fine as long as long as it's corporate-owned. Avoid franchises, they'll try to sell you the store.

Best retail phone experience ever. I am not a fan of dealing with phone companies. I cracked my iPhone screen earlier in the day while traveling across country (first time I have cracked a phone ever in 25 years) and had trouble with my wifi device as well. Devon was fantastic, helped with both of my problems, got a new phone and set up, and I was out the door in less than an hour. Huge props. read more

I was treated so poorly it makes me sick. I have been a Verizon customer for years and we have spent a lot of money with them. I purchased a new phone one week ago and I bought the liquid screen protector which the associate applied right there. I asked him if this phone was compatible with my wireless charger and he assured me that it was compatible. Apparently the case that I was sold is not compatible with my wireless charger, but I was informed of that. The phone has been a little glitchy, so I decide I wanted a different phone since there was 30 day return policy. I went back to the same store and was helped by a different sales person. After I explained to her what my issue was, she told me she just had an appointment show up and asked me to go wait in line again. A few minutes later someone else helped me. He first informed me that a restocking fee may apply, I was okay with that. He then inspected my phone very carefully. There was nothing wrong with the phone that I could see. He took it to another sales person to inspect. He then came back and told me there were too may scratches on my phone because I carried it in my purse. I never noticed any scratches before. He said if he took the phone back he would have to pay for it and that he could not afford it. I told him about the screen protector I bought, but he said it is still considered a scratched phone and couldn't take it back. I took my phone back and said thank you and left the store. I will never go back there and I will tell all my friends and family about my experience. read more
