We live in Carl Junction and this is the worst internet EVER! The down time is every other day, when reaching out to the company they always give us "There is a problem in your area" and have had multiple technicians come out to the house at least once a week and improves for a day, then back to the normal slow if any internet. The real joke is that we are supposed to have 5G and pay extra for more Mb because in the beginning that's what they blamed it on. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! read more

THIS EXTEME STREAM IS THE WORST. I live in Oronogo, Missouri. We have nothing but problems. I have not had access to TV GUIDE FOR A MONTH.Now I have only sound. I too had to up grade to get better wifi to my house. We still have to reset 3-5times weekly.I continue to call for service which is a joke..they tell me they can't help give ticket # will call 24 - 48 hours.. We work to pay for your service that continues to have problems, as I told him this. I pay for service I am not getting, they don't pay me when I must sit at home during their 4 hour service window.. read more
