When I let him know what I needed, he unfortunately didn't have what i needed. He quickly countered with that this location has it, and for the inconvenience he would help me out. I took him up on it. He called ahead and they were ready for me. I walked in and they got me the cover I needed and had me back on the road shortly. I told Spring Valley Wireless to forget about and give us the money back and I would look for another provider for our four phones. They did not really care if we did business with Verizon or not. Yesterday I spent over an hour on hold or talking with another person who was unable to solve the problem. Each month AT&T continued to do an automatic withdrawal from her checking account.
