I used to love going to this Verizon, but lately the sales reps do not want to help the customers. The sales rep Samantha was incredibly rude and wouldn't even tell us simple questions that were even stated online. Next time we'll be going to a different Verizon. November 3, 2024 I purchased the brand new iPhone 6 Pro Max. In store they applied a ZAGG InvisibleShield screen protector. I paid for, what I thought at the time, was all products a services. January 15, 2025 I went online through ZAGG and tried to process a request for a replacement. It was denied because they did not have proper proof of purchase. I then attempted to contact Verizon over the phone and they could not find a receipt with the screen protector, just the new iPhone. I was told to return to the store I purchased it from. January 16, 2025 I return to this Verizon store. I return to the store with the original bag, iPhone case, receipts they folded and put in the bag for me, and the box for the screen protector in question. I had every thing I originally left the store with and its packaging. I'm not going to lie, I was lazy and I broug ht it home and forgot about it and it was left untouched until today. I entered an a gentlemen began to help me. Very nice and understood my concerns. He expressed that he could not find the screen protector on a receipt either. I told him I just needed proof that it was at this store that the employee failed to charge me for it without my knowledge so I can properly register it and use the full service the company provides for its products (which is free replacement all you pay for it $9.99 shipping). He told me her could not help me, but there was a local store that fixes it for free (the store that fixes it is not free it is $12. More than what the avenue I was trying to take cost). He offers for me to purchase a new one at $59.99. I said no, and stated that this was not my error I just need proof I walked out of this store with it. He proceeds to get a manager. The manager, Mary (if that is her real name. She did give it to me after 3 times of asking and her denying). She came into the conversation rude, overly assertive and disrespectful right off the bat. She agreed that it was her employees error, and told me I could "purchase a new one or leave". I again stated this is not my error and very much an inconvenience and I will not be purchasing one. I said she can get me a new one today and zero out the cost. She refused and repeated again, about 3 times actually, that I can purchase a new one or she cannot help me. I explained to her that the issue was not the $60, clearly it wasn't an issue if I thought I payed for it back in November, I said it's the issue that your stores error is not allowing me to use this service to it's full extent. She said "you're welcome. You got a free product. You can get out of your seat and leave". I informed her she was being extremely disrespectful and this was poor customer service. She stated she was "done with this conversation. We can have a different one or you can leave." This is where I asked for her name and or a business card 3 times before she finally said "Mary". I left baffled, my jaw to the floor, and extremely disrespected. I immediately called Verizon customer service and filed a formal complaint. They asked me if I would like to return to the store with a credit on my account to purchase a new one. I said no, I will not be returning to the store. I asked if it could be mailed. The lady on the phone put me on hold, then came back and offered me to pay half and Verizon will pay have on a new product. I refused and said absolutely not. This was not my error and with the customer service I received I will not be accepting that offer. Again I was put on hold. She returned with approval to mail me a new one with Verizon covering 100% of the cost. I have been with Verizon for 12 years, by parents and family even longer. I am absolutely disgusted with this treatment and customer service. I will be discussing with my family about switching carriers and ending our commitment and usage of Verizon. "Mary" (with glasses and dark hair) is a perfect example of who you do not want managing your store and serving your customers. I would not be surprised if she has caused more customers to end their services with Verizon. Her attitude was delivered with the intent to make me feel beneath her, and that I was not worthy of her time. All she accomplished was establishing herself as an indecent employee representing Verizon. Anything at Verizon is time consuming and over whelming. I would not recommend this store specifically, and "Mary" herself deserves a new position where she does not need to be in contact with consumers. I do believe this would make her a happier employee. I will acknowledge, I did not think to check my receipt when leaving the store as the employee reiterated everything we (thought we) were purchasing. I relied on the business and employee to be reliable in their abilities and services. A lesson learned. Thank you Verizon, over the phone, customer service. I appreciate you resolving this issue. FANTASTIC STAFF! Talk about being treated like a queen. Caleb C. first helped me with options and restored my faith in going to a corporate Verizon store. His great management shows in the staff. A month or so later went back to pull the trigger on getting a new iPhone & ipad. Caleb and Ashley are so knowledgeable and patient. Yes, there are two Calebs. They helped me move everything over, update, bought old device and gave me tips to help with my dads phone. So appreciative of them giving me the extra attention to get me out the door on my schedule. I will be back and tell EVERYONE about it! Thank you read more

When I first went in here; I got amazing service. Ashlee (Ashlie? Sorry!) helped me out and ensured my phone worked and I knew how to restore from backup. She was amazing. My issue is with a recent visit my mother and I had at the store with an employee, whose name I can't remember. But she has blonde hair and a blue nose piercing. My mom bought an iPhone online and we went into the store to activate it. I explained to the gal what we needed done and she told us in an EXTREMELY snotty attitude "Do you have paper clips at home?" Wtf? What do paper clips have to do with anything? "You can activate this on your own using a power clip to switch out the SIM cards. That's all I'm going to do." I brought this to the store so someone else can activate it. If I wanted to activate it, I would. So I told her once again, please just activate the phone for us so I don't have to do it. She takes my Moms phone, flips the SIM card and then gives her the phone and tells her "Here ya go. Just restore from backup and you're ready to go." Yeah. WHEN YOURE ON WIFI. Left the store with a phone that doesn't function. So here I am, activating a phone that should've been working when I left the store. NEVER. EVER. AGAIN. Absolutely ridiculous that I have to do this when I spend hundreds monthly on service. read more

I arrived at this Verizon at 10AM last Friday, right when they opened. There was 1 lady in line in front of me. The girl who 'checked me in' at the door asked me what I needed, I told her I was eligible for a new phone, but I knew exactly what I wanted and assured me I was next in line. So I take a seat, a half hour or so passes and the manager, Kyle, comes over and tells me that this other guy, Joe, will be with me shortly. I told him I knew exactly what I wanted and asked if he could just write it up so I could be on my way. He tells me again that his associate will have to write it up, and then tries to sell me a tablet, to which I tell him I'm not interested. Another 25 minutes pass and finally this Joe guy comes over. I have the case, car charger and phone I want all ready to go on the counter and basically tell him to write me up. I'm on a business account, so Joe checks with his manager on how to do this and tells me I can't change phones unless I'm a primary on the account. (fyi, I've done this for my last 2 phones with them without incident). He tells me to contact customer service, so I do and they were closed for the holiday on July 3rd. I was so frustrated at that point I left everything on the counter and walked out. Over an hour or my life I'll never get back. I think instead of having a person do nothing but stand there and 'check people in', why not have a person working who can actually assist people? If you look at the Yelp ratings for all the Verizon locations, you'll see a lot of 1-2 star reviews. Their system obviously doesn't work. read more

I visited this location August 2016 to upgrade my phone. We had called customer service and they allowed me to use an iPad upgrade for being a loyal customer. When I asked the consultant about my upgrade she said no they cannot do that and shoved my phone back into my hand. Then proceeded to tell me I needed to take my business elsewhere and was extremely rude. It was in my account Verizon allowed me to use my iPad upgrade, but the store consultants said no. I said nothing negative to the workers I just asked a simple question! The manager did NOTHING. She should not be in management and the staff clearly needs to work on customer service skills. Customer service directly upgraded my phone no problem. I do not recommend visiting this location for anything! read more

I found the salesman we worked with to be not upfront. At one point he said "because I am a nice person and like you I am going to give you a deal. Some workers would just pass by this discount available to you if they decided to be mean or that they didn't like you." Hmm. Well, we got what we needed from the store, but we were less than impressed with the customer service. They try to up sell, which I acknowledge is their job, however, just wished for more tact in the exchanges and upfront answers. It doesn't have to be a show with witty remarks; merely presenting the facts and options while maintaining professionalism would have absolutely gained a perfect review. read more
