BE ADVISED: SEVERELY NEGATIVE REVIEW. I would strongly advise anyone, especially of my family and friends, from engaging in any business with this location #2618 Warrenton, MO, 1007 N. Hwy 47, Warrenton, MO, 63383. This store is not a corporate AT&T business but rather an "approved" privately owned satellite facility. After purchasing a LG K20 LTE on March 2, 2018 for $130.76, I purchased a Clearly Protected Alpha Glass Screen Protector on March 5, 2018 for $43.54. Shortly thereafter the screen protector was applied to my phone by a young man at the above mentioned store. My new phone began to act unpredictably, changing from one screen to another without being touched, even to the point of making calls to numbers in my call history and sending text messages randomly with one letter messages, always the letter "P". I believed that I could see an imperfection upon my screen that had not been there prior to the protector being applied. I contacted this store location and spoke with "Chyanne" who informed me that the store manager was away out of state and would not be available for 3 days and that there was no help available for me until that time. I insisted that something be done, a new screen protector ordered or the existing screen protector be inspected for defective application. Chyanne informed me that as the store location did not inventory the screen, that she would need manager approval to reorder, there was nothing that could be done for me. I was looking at 3+ days without any phone service necessary to maintain contact with my place of employment or with my mother whom I cared for at my home and was unable to care for herself due to failing health. I became frustrated and continued to insist that something be done to rectify the situation. Chyanne broke into laughter and then proceeded to hang up the telephone, disconnecting the contact that I felt was of immediate importance. A call to AT&T directly revealed that the issue was the incorrect application of the screen protector. I will not have any further contact with this store location but will instead respond to the corporate store located in Wentzville, Missouri.
