After doing my research and seeing that Diamond Banc is a highly reputable company, I decided to move forward--and I'm very glad I did. The entire process was smooth, professional, and exactly as promised. Jordan demonstrated excellent communication, strong business ethics, and complete transparency from start to finish. Most importantly, the payment was made quickly--within 24 hours--just as stated. That level of reliability and trustworthiness is rare. We were in the store for 3 1/2 hours one day and 3 1/2 hours one evening after that. They signed us up and were charging us for 5 lines instead of 4. The manager was extremely rude in that he and another employee were whispering about my account with their backs turned toward me... It was very "used car salesman-like". The manager was supposed to have given me a $50 credit 5 days ago and THAT still hasn't happened... From my experience, the employees in this store are not knowledgeable of their products or customer service. I would NOT recommend this store to my worst enemy! The people at the customer service phone number, however, were VERY helpful. If it hadn't been for them, I would have pulled my order and given the store NO stars. This store at 2101 West Broadway was terrible! I will;l be using another location, for sure... I hope I'm not disappointed.

I attempted to return a pair of shorts that I had washed once, only to find the hem had fallen out. I've bought five pairs of these shorts recently and love them, but I'm not skilled at sewing. I simply asked if I could exchange them or if there was anything they could do since I had only washed them once and hadn't even dried them. The associate became very upset and told me I could only buy a new pair. I calmly told her there was no need to get upset, but she stormed off and never returned. I continued shopping and noticed there was a line of at least three people the entire time I was there, yet no one asked if I needed assistance or offered me a dressing room. If anyone should have been upset, it should have been me. I still don't understand why she was so agitated or why she left in such a manner. If there's a recording, it could serve as a valuable training opportunity.
