I literally hate coming into AT&T. They are always trying to sell you something.lol. But this time my mom needed help with a broken phone and Ahmad was very helpful and patient with her. Shout out to Ahmad! read more

I visited the store because I was considering upgrading my phone after receiving an online offer for an upgrade at no additional cost, with no increase to my monthly payment. While I was in the store, I specifically asked both the manager and an associate whether they would honor the same offer I had received online. I was told that they would. Based on that representation, I proceeded with the phone upgrade with the understanding that there would be no additional monthly equipment charge. However, when I received my bill the following month, I discovered that I was being charged a monthly payment for the new phone. This was not what I was told when I agreed to the upgrade. I returned to the store approximately one week ago and spoke with the associate about the issue. I also asked that the manager contact me to resolve the billing discrepancy, since I should not be responsible for the additional equipment charge based on what I was told at the time of the upgrade. It has now been almost seven days, and I have not received a call, email, or any other communication from the manager or anyone else regarding this issue. This is extremely disappointing customer service. I am simply asking that the company honor the offer that was represented to me in the store, remove the incorrect monthly equipment charge, and address any charges that have already been applied to my account. I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution to this matter. read more

I have been a longstanding AT&T customer and have consistently paid my bill on time, so I was extremely disappointed by the treatment I received at this AT&T store. I went into the store because I have been unable to log into my AT&T account for more than a year. I explained the issue to a young associate, presented my phone, and allowed her to begin assisting me. While she was helping me, another male employee inserted himself into the conversation and began asking me the same questions I had already answered. The associate assisting me had not asked for help, so his involvement was completely unnecessary. From that point forward, his behavior was condescending, rude, and confrontational. He repeatedly asked me questions back-to-back without giving me an opportunity to answer. He told me that he had sent me an email and then repeatedly asked whether I had received it while I was actively trying to retrieve it. When he questioned me about my "attitude," I explained that I did not have an attitude until he inserted himself into the interaction. He then told me that they did not have to help me. As a paying customer, I found that response completely unacceptable. I was frustrated because I had been unable to access my account for over a year, and I came into the store specifically seeking assistance. Regardless of whether an employee perceives a customer as frustrated, customers should still be treated with professionalism and respect. At that point, I gathered my belongings and decided to leave. What happened next was even more concerning. The employee followed me as I was leaving the store, continued antagonizing me, repeatedly told me not to come back, stated that I was not welcome there, and said they did not need my business. Even though I was already leaving and had made no threat toward him, he continued following me and ultimately threatened to call the police. I told him to call them. At no point did I threaten him or anyone else. There was absolutely no reason for an employee to follow a customer who was already leaving, continue provoking the situation, and then threaten to involve law enforcement. That behavior was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Unfortunately, he was not wearing a name tag, so I was unable to get his name. I have been a loyal AT&T customer, but this experience was unacceptable. I expect AT&T to take customer service seriously and to address employees who escalate interactions rather than resolve them. I would appreciate a response regarding how this incident will be handled. read more

I have been a long standing customer of AT&T however an employee at the Waldorf location was extremely unprofessional, rude and antagonizing towards my daughter. Who visited this location for assistance. He approached her as she was already being assisted by another employee proceeded to ask the same questions as his co-worker after my daughter had already provided the answers. He then tried to take over the conversation and became extremely unprofessional while antagonizing my daughter and threatened to call the police for absolutely no warranted reason. He then followed her outside as she was leaving the store further provoking her and using intimidation tactics to cause emotional distress. This employee should not be allowed to work in the customer service field and needs to be fired immediately. I would never recommend this location to anyone. read more

I have been a AT&T first net customer for a few years now and in the past each time I have had an issue with my the phone or my plan I would go into the store where I was nicely greeted and they would do everything in their power to resolve the issue. Today 7/14/2026 was no different, I saw David I believe is the in store rep outside and asked him could he help me after his lunch and he said yes. Needless to say DAVID saved the day! What I was unable to get done on the phone thru AT&T first net David took the time and fixed the problem. I can't remember their names but there were 2 others reps there (male and female both with dreads) who were equally just as pleasant and we had a great conversation about movies. The manager was not hovering over the employees but actually allowing them to do their jobs which is always a god look. If you are in need of a phone go to the Waldorf location and any of them will take great care of you. THANK YOU DAVID!!!!! read more

I have been putting off renewing my plan with AT&T because my experience has been aggressive sales. However, I had to go to the Waldorf store today with my parents because my dad had an issue with his plan. David was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help us and got nothing in return. Because of David I'm considering renewing my account and getting a new phone (including for my husband and our DirectTv subscription). Really excellent customer service treating us like human beings and not sales numbers. read more

Extremely dishonest! They will lie to you and cheat you in every way possible. Hidden fees have somehow become acceptable in this country. But these people go far beyond. The will charge you for individual plans instead of groups, which boost their sales but cost you more. They will also charge you double the insurance on your devices. At the end of the day, if you decide to deal with them, prepare for a court date first. read more

Another trip to this store today. Phone not registering on the network according to the error message I've gotten and unable to make/receive calls. Text messages buffering. After spending another 45 minutes on the phone with Asurion - their tech support outsource provider - it was made clear to me that I needed to go and get a new SIM card. That maybe mine may be damaged/fried somehow. Walked right in and was greeted by David. After checking ID and taking a picture of my driver's license he goes and retrieves the SIM card and inserts it. Tells me I can get an e-SIM if this doesn't work. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Annoying dealing with issues with this phone though no matter how expeditious visits to this store may be. read more

I went in here the other day because I needed a new cord. I was irritated when I walked in because there were 3 groups of people being helped and it looked like they would be camping there for a while. One of the salesmen helped me to make sure I signed into the waiting list. After I went and sat down to begin the wait. I did walk around the store searching for the charger I picked it and sat down to continue to wait. When my turn was next Brandy came over and asked what I needed I told her just the charger. She took one look and told me that the charger I had picked out wouldn't match my phone. Imagine my happiness when I realized she has saved me time! I was so appreciative she took the time to look at my purchase and made sure I had the right item. That extra little step in her service was amazing. Keep up the good work! read more

DO NOT do business with AT&T I accepted and offer from them in Sam's club and switched over my 5 lines from Verizon...This was a horrible mistake...they couldn't port my numbers correctly as they promised I had to twice go to the local AT&T store to get new SIM cards and call the help line for digital sims then they requested my phones from my Verizon account but refused to pay the remaining balance as they stated they would...so I canceled my service and then was put through the hell of sending back their phones as they could not track them properly once they were all sent back I spoke to a representative named Amy on the 20th of April and she stated that the phones were received my account was closed and I would no longer have business with AT&T months late I get a letter saying one of the phones had not been recieved and I owe them $1500 I called 6 times they stated they have found the phone but because I mailed them back I now owe AT&T $500 to restock the phones that I had to return because of their horrible service and not providing the things that they used to get me to switch...this is a horrible company once you sign up the don't give two s about you as a costumer and have not been truthful with me throughout the entire process...please don't waste your time considering them for cell service your better of with boost or cricket as these guys are TRASH read more

After being told that I would be able to walk into the store and exchange my phone with for no extra charge by customer service the manager (who also had a bad attitude) charged me a restocking fee because she claimed she didn't see the note on my account. When I finally got a call back from customer service after leaving the store the cs representative told me that the note was in fact on my account and they should've been able to see it in the store. I wish she would've taken the time to actually resolve my issues but everything has been cleared up thanks to the cs representative. read more

Excellent service. Explained all available options clearly and concisely. In and out with a free XR in under 15 minutes.

I got bamboozled into a three year contract with AT&T. I have not had good service because there is not a tower close enough to my house to receive service. My phone states I have no service provider... I have missed calls, im being charged for missed medical phone calls and Im missing out on DJ jobs because my phone has no service most of the time at my house... i have asked for options from AT&T to work with me, Or cancel my contract because they can not provide the service i pay for... to me this is a breach of contract. AT&T answer to this is to upgrade pay more money and sign an additional three year contract... I don't think so... Please review your contract... don't sign right away... review the ratings... at this rate I will never deal with AT&T again... in fact about to cancel my direct TV also... but u know what.. AT&T dont even care and customer personnel are very rude and unprofessional. read more

I'm not exactly sure how to properly rate the AT&T Store in Waldorf - my visits regularly involve little human interaction because I consistently use the wee self-pay kiosk inside of the AT&T Store. I like to get my wireless bill paid as soon as I get the automated reminder via email, and where possible will go use the self-pay kiosk in an AT&T store to do it. Including today. Since I started going to the Waldorf location, I have had no issues in terms of accessibility, i.e. neither of the two kiosks ever out of order, nor are there ever any queues, however brief, to use them. I guess most people prefer to do auto-debit or not pay at all, lol! I have never been pestered by the floating salesmen there; in fact, they wholly ignore the self-pay crowd. I guess because they realize you are just there to pay a bill and get out afterwards - they must not sense blood or easy pickings. On the flipside, only once that I can recall have I at least been greeted at the door and acknowledged by the salesmen there. They usually have someone standing by the door, ask you about the purpose of your visit, and filter you through a high or low priority queue. Don't ever tell them you're just there to pay your bill (and God help you if you want to pay or query a U-Verse cable or internet issue) - you'll feel like a leper as they "try" to find someone to help you. You represent zero commission, mate. Instead, just head straight to the self-pay kiosk. It doesn't judge you. It usually takes me longer to get out of my car, lock the door and walk into the AT&T Store than it does to actually pay my bill at the self-pay kiosk, and you can opt to get no receipt or email it to yourself. Great idea, AT&T. So, while I do have great things to say about the self-pay kiosk process and concept, it would be nice to at least be acknowledged by the salesmen, even if we don't want to buy any other AT&T service. I realize many of you reading will think I may as well just sign-up for monthly auto-debit, but I like to think that one of these visits I may get intrigued by one of the new phones out there or a tablet, and since I'm already there... :) read more

AT&T has the worse customer service AT&T has the WORSE customer service EVER! After cancelling my service in March and returning all phones and accessories to this store, this company has charged for services I did not get and for phones and accessories I do not have... $1,600 plus y'all! That's a lot of MONEY. I mean, I have called customer service, the store, and regional manager like 20 times... AND have visited THIS STORE (where I got the phone) like 5 times due to ALL of their errors. All I have gotten thus far is NOTHING! NADA! ZERO! I have spoken to managers and representatives all saying they were going to get back to me but hours and days pass and I'm the one still trying to get this fixed. If that's not bad customer service then I don't know what is. I mean, what else is a girl suppose to do? SMH. AT&T I'm extremely disappointed in you. Just bad, for a company that prides themselves on "servicing their customers" I definitely didn't get that experience here. I walked in and had to stand around like a deer in headlights. The representative (who wasn't doing anything) finally walked up to me and asked if I've been helped after she walked to her station sat down and browsed around. I had questions but felt as if I was bother. Here's the kicker, in the middle of our transaction she answered the phone and then asked if I mind her taking the call, bro are serious? I wanted to complain but no management in sight to complain. Based off of that I will not return. read more

Terrible customer service. Was mislead about the fees.Charged over $175:in activation fees and told to call customer service to have them waived when you get your first bill. I called and was told to go back to the store, went back and said they don't do that, a soc code had to be entered at the time of purchase which wasn't now noone wants to do anything. Reggie the sales rep was good. Issue is with Manager today 7 July 2018. We waited for 25 minutes while he just sat there. Then he spoke to the person on the list behind us and took care of him. I wouldn't even give this location 1 star. They do not care about their customers and would rather socialize with each other. The manager is rude and shrugs off any questions that will take any effort on his part to find an answer for. Then when asked for his business card, he states he does not have any. AT&T is going down hill. As a loyal customer of 7 years, I will be changing to a new carrier. read more
