On September 20th they called and left me a voicemail saying it was finally in stock after some sort of delay because originally they told me it wouldn't take that many days to arrive. The part arrived. I brought my laptop up to the mall and left it there for a few days. I had to keep calling to check on the progress of my laptop. I decided that one day I would just come up there since I didnt live that far from the store. I came to the mall and asked about the status of my laptop. He told me I could take it home but that they broke something different in the process of fixing my screen. The broke the "bezzle" so basically I cant close my la[top down all they way and have to be very careful with it while using it because the screen could fall. The placed tap on the screen to hold it up from falling apart and told me that they had ordered another bezzle and when it arrived they would call me so they could put it on. Because I use my laptop for work they told me it was fine to take my laptop home and to just becareful using it. I called the store back every couple of weeks trying to be patient. I would call every 2 weeks then i think i waited 3 weeks then another time i waited a whole month before I started to get frustrated and wanted answers. This time when I spoke with them they said they ordered it but it was taking a long time arriving, that it was hard to locate that part but it was in route and the moment it arrived they would call me back. So then a few days after Christmas I decided to go to the mall again and talk to them in person. I asked the guy at the desk where the part was for my laptop and explained the situation and he seemed nonchalant stating that they changed management and the people who use to work there no longer work there. Seemed very fishy and upsetting so I asked who the manager was and who was in charge of things and told them the last people said my part was on its way to the store. He basically told me he couldnt help me and that they changed thier number. Now when i look on google it says the store number is 240-633-9373. This is unacceptable and i deserve for my laptop to be fixed or this company owes me a brand new laptop for heir negligance on informing customers that they were getting rid of team members while parts where being ordered that customers were still waiting on. They literally told me they broke the bezzle while replacing my screen that it was on them and that they were ordering a new one. This is not right

Sorry for telling you to pick it up today. No call, email or text. This happen multiple times (over three). Excuses and the upsale is what you get to look forward to with this business. Save yourself the disappointment and headache, find another computer/cellphone repair business. they earned less than 1 star. My phone was in perfect condition (minus the crack screen) . My iPhone 11 Pro was fully functional. I arrived to my appointment and gave then my phone . They said it will take 30 mins to fix my phone. Within those 30 mins they opened my phone. I sat outside in my car for 35 minutes. When I returned they stated they could not fix my screen because my volume up button does not work. They put my cracked screen back on the phone. I told him everything was fine with my phone until they touched it. I have to now wait for them to send me a new phone, but not the exact phone because the color I have is not in stock. To wrap it up , I took my phone there to get my screen fixed for 30 mins. They broke my phone even more. I currently have a phone that volume up button does not work, my facial recognition is not working, and I will receive a new phone that is not the color I initially picked out .

It is on Oyster Bay Drive, Hollywood, Md. People have called and told Verizon---the Sheriff's office said they also called Verizon about this. The line is a hazard to cars driving on the road. Private citizens have placed hazard orange cones on the street and put a flashing light at night --- to help prevent an accident. It is extremely difficult if not almost impossible to get a 'real person' to report this. Numerous calls to Verizon end up in endless recordings, waiting on line for 20 minutes or more. After spending another 45 minutes on the phone with Asurion - their tech support outsource provider - it was made clear to me that I needed to go and get a new SIM card. That maybe mine may be damaged/fried somehow. Walked right in and was greeted by David. After checking ID and taking a picture of my driver's license he goes and retrieves the SIM card and inserts it. Tells me I can get an e-SIM if this doesn't work. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Annoying dealing with issues with this phone though no matter how expeditious visits to this store may be.
