    First this location is not a company store they are a third party reseller…read more I stopped at this location because the one that's actually a company store on Wanamaker is always so busy. Some times it's worth the wait. I upgraded one line and a watch. I have to say the lady that works at this location and says she is the manager has the worst customer service of anyone I have ever dealt with. They added $23 dollars per month onto my line in fees I never requested or was advised about. They added $17 for a phone protection plan and $6 for the next up plan. Both of these fees were not requested or authorized by me. When I went in several days later she advised that they add those fees to every customer it's store policy. I requested to speak with her boss and she refused to give me that information. I would bet anyone $100 bucks I never get the phone call she promised I would get from him. They didn't have the watch I wanted in stock she said they would order it and when I got it she ordered the wrong one. She ordered a series 9 and I wanted the Ultra 2. Lucky for me the manager at the actual AT&T store on Wanamaker helped me return it and get what I wanted. Save yourself both time and money go to the AT&T store on Wanamaker.

When posed with questions regarding options of services and competitors she had two pat answers: I don't know OR There's no reason to be mean. The questions were very relevant to the possible purchases or contract switches in mind, and if she couldn't answer them or found them to be "mean" then she has no business standing behind that sales desk. It's very possible other associates could have done a better job, but today's experience left a very bad impression of the company. AT&T might want to consider hiring secret shoppers to monitor their stores or impress upon their associates the importance of good customer service.

    I called around for laptop work. I was trying to get a RAM upgrade. Every location I called gave me…read morean install price over $80. That was in addition to the price of the RAM sticks. This company answered the phone quickly and was very polite. They gave me the price of the RAM sticks. That price was about 10% less then all of the other computer stores I talked to. I was so surprised with their install price... They told me on the phone that if they could get it installed in under (I think) they said 5 minutes it would be free. If it went over that time it would be $39.00. Wait What? I took in my laptop and they work on it in a location you can watch what they are doing. It really appeared like they were trying to get done before 5 minutes. Almost like it was a competition or something. He failed but was not going to charge me. I insisted on paying. He tried so hard to get it done within 5 minutes. It was more like 7 minutes. I gladly paid the $35. It's been a couple of months now and my laptop runs like a chp now. I highly recommend this company. They saved me over $100.00 in parts and service and did a great job doing it.

I felt extremely uncomfortable. I was scammed after paying them $200 they "forgot" to do the entire repair leading the the screen failing 10 days later. The screen costs them$45 in an hour they make $150 in labor and can't bother to offer me any discount or solution after they are at fault. Absolutely worst phone repair experience ever.

    do not do any type of business with metro pcs! the very worst customer service in the world not to…read moremention the phones are junk as well! bought a new phone that stopped working 1.5 months after i purchased it. took the phone in and told them it suddenly quit working ( nothing do to my neglected care of the phone) the girl working said " no problem your well witthin your 90.days so we will have a new phone to you. after she supposedly wrote out a claim ticket for the phone she said it would be a couple of days and the phone would be shipped to the store and i could pick it up! i use my phone daily for work so its crucial i have it and it works properly! meedless to say it.has been approx 2 weeks and still have no phone! when i call the store i get a recording saying they r not in and to leave message! nobody returns my calls i have asked for a.supervisor which i cant talk to bevause he has a personal number only. leave a message to have him call me and never has he called. the strore wmployees told me on one phone that he was nusy and didnt have tome to call me said he had important jobs to get done and mine wasnt on his list! so i bought a new phone that broke and cant even get a new phone even with an upgrade nothing. this is the worst service anyone could ever give and same with the supervisor .......worthless! save your money save your time and go with a carrier who is more reputable and well more business tactics then this ridicoulas company! will continue to leave horrible reviews until somebody listens and until mgmt decides to address the problems! my opinion they need to be closed and no longer able to rip people off. oh and i have been suspended from my job die to the issue with my phone and the.ount of time its taking to get one .! ! comtemplating a.law suit again yhis company and filing for lost wages as well. take my free advice and stay as far away from metro pcs - t mobile

Technical…read moresupport goes above and beyond to make sure I understand not only how my service works, but how to use and get the most out of my devices! Customer support has been extremely diligent in responding to my questions. They made sure I have the right plan for my current usage, not what costs the most. I really appreciate them for making sure to resolve the issues I did have and make sure I, the customer, was treated the way they would want to be treated.

I have been waiting 3 months for a refund that should never have been charged. 5/21/2025 my equipment was scheduled to be picked up and I was told I would no longer be charged. 5/26/2025 a payment was taken from my account. Contacted the company and was told a ticket was put in for a refund. July invoice came stating I owed them for equipment not returned. I contacted the company and was informed they were unable to take the equipment off my garage on the original pick up date and they needed to reschedule to do so (they already have all equipment from inside my home picked up on 5/21). I told them to come anytime as this equipment is outside. 7/10/2025, equipment removed, I was told a refund would again be issued. August billing statement arrives, not only without a refund, but with a $5.00 late fee added to the previous charges, which I DO NOT OWE! Called the company again. This time being told that after the August 4th invoice was created, a note was added for the picked up equipment and a refund, so now, they will not issue a refund until after the 9/4/2025 statement comes out. Basically, if they get your money, you will pay hell to get it back because "This is how it is done". The equipment should have been fully credited by 7/10/2025 and a refund issued on 8/4/2025 if this is how they do things. I regret ever doing business with this company now. Horrible accounting services.
