    Went to Geek Squad to fix my husbands phone, ended up coming back without his phone number and the guy at AT&T fixed it in 10 minutes!!

    1 star is the lowest I could give or my score would have been lower. I'm a new customer to T Mobile…read moreand have found everything they said at the store was a lie. They act nice but are there to sell you and don't care about your needs of desires. We purchased a new phone which, before we new it had a case and protective cover applied and already on the account. The salesman also included insurance after I told him I didn't want it. There was a $200 rebate included and the salesman even completed the paperwork for us "out of the kindness of his heart", yet according to corporate we didn't qualify for. Again, telling us anything to get the sale!!! I blame the store and corporate for the overall experience. I spend a lot of time on the phone with corporate trying to resolve the after sale issues, with an end result of them blaming a bad sales person that should have known better, and me as a new customer a non concern. I would recommend staying away from this store and from T Mobile. Based on this review and the others, I wonder why they are still in business. Burn me once!

The Assistant Manager (Kolby) talked me into adding a line for my twelve-year-old granddaughter because I could get a free phone for me with a trade in phone and she could get a free iPhone if I added a new line to my current Magenta plan, which would change from $55.00 per month to $70.00 per month with autopay. They are now charging me 100.96 per month and charging me in full for both phones. Kolby has moved from the Roy T-Mobile to the Syracuse UT location and told me he would correct the billing and the phones were free. The manager Carson switched store locations at the same time as Kolby. I have left my contact information with both the Roy and Syracuse (franchise locations) asking for a call from the district manager. I have not heard back. T-Mobile corporate is unable to assist because these are franchise stores per T-Mobile customer care. I have been a customer for over sixteen years and can't believe this is how T-Mobile and their franchise locations treat their customers. Please add a review if you have had a similar experience. I would like to continue to pursue every avenue necessary in order to get this corrected.

    Brought in an Ipad mini 4 for a simple glass replacement…read more I was told it would be finished in an hour Travis was so inept he thought my mini four was an air 2 He broke the lcd of my screen he fried my home button he gave me a replacement screen that wasn't the same color (I said it was okay because I gave him a shot) overall he took my ipad mini four series 2 and turned it into a 400 dollar brick. It was personalized with my name and so I now have a 400 dollar paper weight. wait it gets better (we offer a lifetime warranty for our repairs) a lifetime of broken ipad mini 4 doesn't sound very fun to me. If they make good ill play ball so far WE FIX BAD DAYS gave me ETERNAL IPAD NIGHTMARES. I just wanted the disc drive replaced so I could play my disc games. Got it back, still didn't work 1st disc I put in is still in there. I took it back in 'to bad so sad.' Is what I was told, they did not offer to DO ANYTHING. I asked for an invoice of the disc drive they purchased for my Xbox. I was shown an invoice for a disc drive on EBAY. Seriously? They bought a part from an unknown vendor & cant provide me with any kind if serial number, part number or item number. They could have offered to open it up & re-look at it. But nope apparently I have to believe that they did replace it, but they don't have to believe me that the 1st disc we put in it is still in it. We have 2 cell phones that need repairs that I WILL NOT BE TAKING THERE.
