We came in knowing exactly what we wanted and were ready to make a long-term commitment. Unfortunately, the experience we've had over the past year has been disappointing due to a series of avoidable errors made by the representative who initially helped us. The most significant issue came to light just today, September 22, 2025. When we signed up last year, we specifically requested the "AT&T Next Up Anytime" feature on both lines the $10/month add-on that allows for yearly upgrades. We were told at the time that it had been added to both accounts. Trusting the representative, we took him at his word and as far as we were concerned, it had been out on there. However, when we returned today to upgrade to the iPhone 17 Pro Max, we were informed that "AT&T Next Up Anytime" was never added to either line. As a result, our only option to upgrade now is to pay nearly $1,600 out-of-pocket ($800 per phone) because our devices haven't been paid off to the point that qualifies for a trade-in. As you can imagine, this was incredibly frustrating, especially after relying on the information we were given a year ago. In addition to that, we had two other issues. The first other one which is also concerning, is an Account Mix-Up by the representative. He incorrectly assigned our names to the wrong phone numbers. My name was placed on my wife's line and vice versa. This created unnecessary confusion and should have been easily avoidable. The second issue was Wrong Device Order: We clearly requested one Desert Titanium iPhone 16 Pro Max and one Black Titanium. The representative ordered the wrong color for my device, despite us confirming our preferences during the appointment. These mistakes made by the representative are extremely disappointing and frustrating as not only did we tell him everything and spend over an hour making sure everything was correct, I made sure to double check and ask him that everything was correct before we left so we would have all we were planning for. We chose AT&T because we believed it would be a more reliable provider than our previous carriers, and because of the promise of better service and upgrade options like Next Up Anytime. We spent over an hour setting everything up during our first visit, assuming our requests were understood and properly handled. Unfortunately, they were not despite the representative confirming to us that everything had been added to our account and we are now paying the price for someone else's mistake. To anyone considering this location, I would not recommend it. If I were you, I would consider managing your plan online or visiting a different store. These were not minor errors, they were critical account setup mistakes that should never have happened especially when the customer puts all their trust in you. This experience has left us extremely disappointed. We've lost trust not only in this location but in AT&T as a whole.

It was personalized with my name and so I now have a 400 dollar paper weight. wait it gets better (we offer a lifetime warranty for our repairs) a lifetime of broken ipad mini 4 doesn't sound very fun to me. If they make good ill play ball so far WE FIX BAD DAYS gave me ETERNAL IPAD NIGHTMARES. I just wanted the disc drive replaced so I could play my disc games. Got it back, still didn't work 1st disc I put in is still in there. I took it back in 'to bad so sad.' Is what I was told, they did not offer to DO ANYTHING. I asked for an invoice of the disc drive they purchased for my Xbox. I was shown an invoice for a disc drive on EBAY. Seriously? They bought a part from an unknown vendor & cant provide me with any kind if serial number, part number or item number. They could have offered to open it up & re-look at it. But nope apparently I have to believe that they did replace it, but they don't have to believe me that the 1st disc we put in it is still in it. We have 2 cell phones that need repairs that I WILL NOT BE TAKING THERE.
