But during that time both the sales people entertained my three year old, didn't get irritated AND talked to me about Harry Potter all while getting me a great deal on phones. Came in today sat down to wait in line. This old head couple proceeded to cut in line with the "I have a quick question" then turned into 10minutes I politely mentioned I've been here for 15min waiting. Old couple started yelling for no reason having no self control. Employee Spencer had de-escalate the situation very well as they were still yelling at him "you're done" bla bla. Honestly ridiculous acting like this in a store at that age. Praying for that couple. read more

I have never received worse customer service. After waiting 20 minutes twice with no acknowledgement. My daughter showed her frustration and walked out. I processed to call customer service while still waiting in line (I needed my phone fixed). As I was on the phone with CS an employee started to mock me to another customer. I walked out. I called CS back they asked me to get the employees name. I went back into the store to get the employees name. The employee then berated me in front of the other customers and with CS still on the phone. Customer Services was very helpful as was the other location that I drove to that told me the problem was not my phone, but that they were making repairs on their lines. It took all of 30 seconds to help me. But I will never go to the Clinton location again! read more
