After several hours I was told there was nothing they could do to set the account up. He had already charged me taxes on two new devices. Totalling $148.36. Which was apparently supposed to be done after the account is set up. He supposedly ran a refund that I have not recieved. After several weeks I thought it was strange it hadn't posted. I contacted the store and was told the big manager would take care of it and be contacting me. Been another couple weeks now. I've spent hours on the phone with customer service and dealt with tons of different reps. Because the charge was made in store, they are unable to processa refund. I've been told multiple times by Christopher as well as a Cody that the manager would be contacting me immediately only to never be contacted. I now have to go in and a rep that I've been working with will call while I am there in order to get them on the phone and get this issue resolved. I have filed complaints with BBB as well as Consumer Protection on this business. I will also be submitting a complaint to AT&T. Giving me my refund really does not need to be this difficult.

This has been a month long nightmare of just trying to get my phone to make outgoing calls…read more I bought the newest iPhone 17 and upgraded to the most expensive plan because my old phone was not allowing me to make or receive calls. Wally wouldn't help me since I am authorized user on the plan under my nickname and not the name on my license. Then he said he can do nothing to help me.
