I came here 12/7 to repair my phone screen due to water damage. I dropped my phone off between 12-1 pm. I never received a call regarding my phone status so I didn't get my phone back until 6 or 7 pm. My screen was visibly different than the original screen which made me feel unsettled but relieved it was working again. Due to the new screen, I no longer had Face ID. My total was around $100 1/10 I noticed my new screen was lifting off, literally coming off out of nowhere. A few days go by and the screen cracked at the bottom due to the screen not being properly secured on the phone. I stopped by today to hopefully get it repaired and he wanted to charge me $85 to replace the screen. I would have not had this issue if the screen was properly secured the first time. Why should I pay for a new screen again? It was not my fault. It's unfortunate that companies do not go above for customers services. They literally did not install my screen correctly! And now I am responsible for the damage. Waste.

They offer the same great deals but in a fresh, modern, open space which is more appealing to clients. Customer service is friendly and you'll find a lot of the same employees from the old center which is good news. That's a sign of either a good company or good management as it signifies they didn't fire everybody or kept a lot of the employees. Our favorite agent or sales representative is Atif. He always helps us, is down to earth, and you can call the store to request him. Make sure to have and idea of the item you want.
