The staff themselves are neutral--not rude, but not particularly friendly either. On the positive side, the store is generally clean and well-maintained. She said she would look into it and call me, but she never called back. I called again half an hour before closing, and she said I'm still looking into it but never called, and this was a couple of days ago.
