Tmobile in Millsboro…read more Jordan was extremely helpful. He spent lots of time on my issue. He definitely made my dreaded visit to fix my locked phone pleasant.

I have been getting mailings and emails from BOOST Mobile, notifying me that I was eligible for an…read moreupgrade to a new A15 phone for $15. I had 2 lines that I purchased at the same time, so both lines should have been eligible. When I arrived at the store, I was told that it would cost over $330 to upgrade. He quoted an activation fees, and new sims cards and the cost of the phones. I reminded him that the mailing said $15 . His response was that they send those mailings to everyone, but you have to come into the store to get a price. That explanation made no sense to me. He was literally trying to scam me in broad daylight. He said that his system didn't show that I was eligible for an upgrade. That was suspect, as the mailing that I received has my cell number on it, and it clearly stated that I was eligible for the $15 upgrade. If I'm an existing customer with the same number, why an activation fee??? Why new sims cards, when he could just transfer them to the new phones . These folks are dishonest!!! I attached a copy of the mailing. This is an excellent example of "Bait and Switch." The only way they got 1 star rating, was because a Zero was available. The initial reason for the visit was to replace my wife's phone. it was DEAD. At the time I wasn't aware that it had insurance on it. He pulled up my account but failed to mention that I could use the insurance to replace the defective phone. This is another reason why I believe that these folks are crooks. Buyers Beware.

CON MEN!!! 0…read morestars!!! Actually, they should give ME stars!!! In August my husband and I went in to upgrade his phone with our existing plan. The guy, Jason, was helpful enough and even told me that I could get a free phone because of the BOGO deal. I got excited and chose my phone. They had to order it and said they would call when it came in. 11 days later they called for me to come pick up my phone. While I was there we discussed a lot of things, including me enrolling in auto-pay to save money and we discussed adding smart family to my plan. Nobody mentioned me upgrading my plan. I got my next bill and was hit with another activation fee for my new phone (fine, Verizon likes to squeeze every dime out of you) and a 2nd device payment (wait....what?!?!). My phone was supposed to be free!! Turns out I had to change my plan and PAY MORE EVERY MONTH to get the free phone. After a few weeks with numerous phone calls and promises that the remaining credit for the phone would be put on my account I received my next bill... Another device payment... I reached out to Jason again yesterday and was promised a call back after he figured out what was going on. I never received a call back. I called again today and Jason wasn't in so I asked for a manager. I was told he was at another store and no he didn't know the number. I searched and found the number to contact him. I called and since the manager wasn't there I asked to leave a message but the guy kept me on the phone trying to man-splain it to me. I persisted that I still wanted to leave the message for the manager just as the manager walked in the door. I heard him telling the manager I wanted to speak to him and then proceed to argue with him about needing to speak with me. Finally, I got to speak to the manager, Michael, and he appeared to be trying to get me the credit promised to me for the phone. Throughout the day we spoke for over 2 hours total and he kept trying to convince me to get this other plan because it is a better deal(saying regardless of the outcome of the phone credit I should get the other plan because it's cheaper for me). He slipped up though and I caught him. He accidentally revealed that he withheld the information that my current plan gets a 22% discount for the company I work for and the new plans don't give those types of discounts. So it WOULD be cheaper for me to stay with my current plan. Finally, he tells me the credit isn't going to happen and the phone is out of the return period. JERKS!! SCAM ARTISTS!! LIARS!!

Still trying to fix the mess they created. Don't trust anything they say in this store. I have…read morespent about 8 hours with "customer support " and over 2 hours in the Dover corporate location. The manager at the Smyrna store is not interested in customer satisfaction.

I would like to start by saying I have never had an issue with ATT service and this review is…read morenotabout the service, but about the store and ATT Policies / money gub. For backstory I use there prepaid $40 bucks a month plan unmimted talk, text and 15 gb of fast data- it slows down unlimited. Which works for me, I prefer to buy my phone out right. ( that's just me ). I was told I wasn't able to go in by the phone out right that they do not do that, but I have always done that. I understand 4 year is a long time and things changed. This store was not friendly on the phone when I called and asked if they had the one I wanted and if I could pay full price. They had ASKED THE manger. The MANGER OKED. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Bart, I explained I came to purchase a new phone. He said I couldn't just by it, never asked if I had a plan. And I said why I could by it online. When I mention who we spoke to on the phone, he finally let me purchased the phone and put it on my prepaid plan. The whole time he was stand off-ish hardly looked at me, acted like when I didn't say what gig phone I wanted as the first word was so dumb of me. Since I didn't plan on going in after work, I didn't bring the phone case I got in, BART treaded me like inconvenient, and the way his body language spoke about me was different, when he asked if I wanted to see any cases I probably would have gotten one. Only once I got home I realized BART WAS THE MANGER. As an manger there is no way he should have treated anyone that way, especially someone who is coming in off the streets and was willing to easily put down over a thousand dollars on a phone. I could have switched plan, upgraded, if sales associates was truly trying to sell you something, but no I got treated like red headed stepchild.
