They lied told us $122 total for three lines and a hot spot device or $107 for lines and $15 for the device. I was thinking this would so work on the budget. Then I get the bill: $374.00 for a PARTIAL month. The bill was pro rated. I am speechless. That is one heck of a mistake. And yes my phones are paid for and so is the device. This store sold us an iPad with having a "promotion" of it being half off but really it was just there employee didn't know what he was doing because come to find out the promotion had ended. They told me they would still credit my account and after 4 different trips of visiting the store and calling multiple times they still have yet to do so. The last guy said his manager was working on it but like how long does it take? On September 3, 2020, I purchased a Samsung MAS516U 5G phone on the AT&T installment plan. A few days later I returned to the store to see if I could return the phone, which was much more complex than I believed I could deal with; I was 79 years old at that time. The user manual was extensive, and I felt that it was overbearing in contrast to my need for a simple phone. The store manager allowed the phone to be returned and assured me that the installment plan would be canceled. Because we agreed to go paperless on the billing statement I was unaware that the installment plan has remained active. The phone was still listed on the bill which I viewed online, and I' have paid $433.00 on a phone indicated on the bill as unused. Last week I visited the store. The individual who I discussed this problem with advised me that they could not resolve the issue at the store; that it required upper management approval. I was advised to call Customer Service on the toll-free number provided, which I did, and the CS representative worked attempting to resolve my problem for over one hour. Finally, she referred me back to the local store manager. I attempted to establish an appointment with the manager online, but never received confirmation. I will be at the store tomorrow at the requested time and intend to review the data on the installment payments which have been made and the fact that I was told by the manager at that time the installment plan would be canceled. I am hoping that this can be resolved without involving an attorney, which appears doubtful at this point. I simply want to be treated fairly; have the contract canceled, and refunded the amount erroneously paid. read more

I've had ATT for 20 years back to Cingular days, and never have I been as ready to change carriers as I am now. This store in Seguin completely screwed up my account. I told the "manager" what she was doing was not what I needed done, but she argued it was correct. In the end they canceled my line eligible for an upgrade, did not use the other line eligible for an upgrade, and added two new lines. This jacked the price of my bill up and gave them "4" sales. Now instead of having 4 lines I have 6 and I've been in multiple times and it's yet to be fixed!!!! Done with ATT since they have no process to ensure integrity in their storefronts!!! read more

Sure is funny to me that ATT would sell me a phone cord that quit working within 6 weeks and not refund it. They replaced it once, but that one also quit working within six weeks. I bought it at that store ($27) because I wanted one that was truly compatible with my IPhone 6 and Macbook, one that worked. They sent me to the company that handles the warranty, who offered to replace it yet again. I told her that I really just wanted my money back. She said that would be up to the store where I purchased it. Lesson Learned and now I will be sure to broadcast it where ever and whenever I get the opportunity. read more

If I could rate a 0, I would. WORST experience ever. We switched from Sprint to AT&T and were told they would pay Sprint and worry about all that, and were promised a BOGO offer. It's been 9 months and my family and I are still struggling in trying to get them to do what they promised. Seriously visit another store or just don't choose AT&T. We regret our decision so much. Don't trust them. Worst decision ever was to switch to ATT. Lies upon lies is all it turned out to be. Att will buy back your phone AND pay your last bill...lies! Still waiting 2 months later only to get told I'm getting less than half back!! Apparently, we weren't told some fine print details even though we were told there weren't any. Exploitation of the elderly! Worst ATT experience! not even a real ATT store, this is just an authorized third party dealer. Sales staff took complete advantage of my elderly mother in law. She went in for help with IOS upgrade on her wifi iPad. They told her they couldn't help and it was broken and ended up selling her a new iPhone and a new IPad, with cell service in both, and loving her in to a two year agreement. When she showed me her "broken iPad" I was able to complete the iOS upgrade in 4 minutes. Nothing wrong with it! I called them to see if the manager could help us with the unnecessary equipment. Since we were 10 days outside of return time, they refused to help...with cockiness and arrogance. Unbelievable! Fortunately, I called the REAL AT&T, and they took care of everything! I want everyone to know about the horrible experience I have had with AT&T. My old phone died so the AT&T store in Seguin filed an Insurance claim for me. I got the first phone took it into the store and the young lady that helped me duplicated my contacts in the new phone so I fixed that. Then discovered the next day that the new phone did not get Internet or email so I called Customer service and they determined that the phone was broke. So they sent another phone. I took it back to the Seguin store to get it activated and the guy deleted all but a few of my contacts. Then I started having problems with that phone. So I called customer service again and they said I would have to talk to the Insurance company about getting another phone. So I called them and they agreed to send me a phone like my old one. Not sure why they didn't do that the first time. When the new phone came in I decided to go to AT&T in New Braunfels instead of Seguin. The guy at the New Braunfels store was a jerk. I am so upset with AT&T that I am sure I will be changing carriers in January. I have never been so upset read more

Don`t trust what they tell you they will not stand by what they tell you . I was with at&t for years but these sales reps are the biggest bunch of lier`s ever. Don't get at&t service . read more
