Cris worked with me to design a Ubiquiti system that fit our needs and budget and made multiple recommendations to make sure our needs were met without inflating cost. He then outfitted our 12,000sq ft warehouse with Wifi, magnetic door locks, complete camera coverage inside and out, and configured our console, switch, and NVR so it was up and running right out of the gate. During all of this we were actively setting up the warehouse with heavy machinery, racks, and workstations and Cris had no problem working with and around us so there was no interruption in our daily operations. His knowledge was invaluable in evaluating products and general IT configuration. He was always on time and stayed in contact regarding re-scheduling when there were multiple roadblocks on our end - like not having a ramp to get the lift outside. The owner's response was to blame us for supplying the equipment -- despite the fact that cabling and installation was their contracted responsibility. When we pushed back and refused to pay in full for a job that wasn't completed, they retaliated by leaving defamatory reviews on our company's own review pages. This is not a company that stands behind their work or treats customers with any respect. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

They were able finish the work of the other company and have worked closely with me to help control costs. They have expertly rewired much of our campus with new data cables, installed new network switches throughout the campus and have fixed our existing damaged phone lines. Part 1: Internet -We contracted Nate and his crew to install the AT&T Fiber in the conduit going to our network panel. Summary: Fiber was pulled in to the panel successfully by Nate! They saved the day! -The issue began when we tried to install AT&T Fiber but the AT&T tech (who worked really hard) told us that he could not find our black flex conduit in the attic spaces. We asked Nate (owner of Alpha Net Communications) to find the conduit in the attic; he was able to find it eventually after looking through our various attics and there it was coiled in the ceiling after a drop down going through the garage attic. He was then able to pull the AT&T Fiber into our network panel so that AT&T could connect their fiberoptic cable into the AT&T modem/router. Part 2: Ethernet (Hardwire) Cable Management -Nate and his crew tested all the ethernet cables with a Fluke cable tester and toner tester. After testing the downstair rooms, they found and repaired broken ethernet jacks at the wall plates downstairs, identified hidden ethernet cable behind a wall plate in the upstairs area, and confirmed all cables were gigabit ready for AT&T Fiber internet. -They installed our new gigabit ethernet PoE switch, plugged in all the ethernet cables (and labeled them) into the ethernet ports of the switch, and labeled all the wall plates. -They cleaned up the network panel itself and also custom cut the closet hanger rod network panel stretched across the panel so that the panel door could fully open. AV System -Nate and his crew also tested the audio cables and the speakers that were upstairs, downstairs, and outside. They found the volume control for the outside speakers. -They also prepared the ethernet cable (going to TV, going to wall) so that it-alongside the HDMI cable-was ready for the smart TV.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received…read more Went to pick up my FOURTH replacement watch only to realize I was given another faulty device; which is not thier fault. But the way I was talked to and given no real answers as to what to do to resolve the issue other than call for another replacement. Monica stared at me blankly as if waiting for an answer to appear on my forehead and then had an EXTREMELY snarky attitude when I expressed my dissatisfaction with her customer service skills because at one point she literally just walked away from me and went to the back room mid conversation. Due to the lack of help I received I opted to cancel my kids lines and go with a provider who could actually help me and offer a solution when I have a problem with their service and products.
