Something that took less than 3 minutes took them 35 to 40 minutes to get to me. Darin was willing to comp the screen as they had already replaced it, but as I was using my bank's phone insurance this time, we are having it fully repaired like new. As I mentioned, this shop is very knowledgable about phone repair as well as the different phone insurance programs and able to help guide me through the process of filing a claim as well. The repair costs are comparatively great, and on newer phones that's definitely the way to go as DIY can be so challenging with all the glue used these days.
