I came to this location today to have the protective cover placed on my phone. I have an older model so had to buy the cover on Amazon and bring it in. I had made an appointment online for a certain time but when I came in, there was no check in process. There were not many people there so the appointment wasn't really needed and once I was seen they cancelled the appointment. I'm not sure it helps to make an appointment online for this store but you can make an appointment online if you want to try. I've had an unpleasant experience here. Some of the staff seemed to have an attitude and acted unprofessionally when I asked simple questions -- often replying with "I don't know" or trying to rush me out of the store. I plan to visit again to see if the service improves or if I'm treated differently next time. read more

The service in this store is lacking big time. The staff is either uninformed or has a nasty attitude. The managers show up an hour after they open so if you need anything done by a manager do not go until 11am. I encountered a manger once in the 4 times I went in there over the last 30 days and they seem very capable of handling any issues. It is a shame they cannot manage their staff to be like them. All in all you are better off going somewhere else if you can. The one plus to this store is that it is never busy. I didn't have to wait any of the times I was there. Hmmmm, maybe that's because everyone in the community already knows to go somewhere else. Pro tip - If you do have to go don't bother with anyone else besides the manager. read more

Ever go to a place where there are so a few people, both employees and customers that you can't understand why you've waited 20 minutes to speak with someone? Well, that won't happen here at least it hasn't to me yet. From the moment I walked in and was signing in to their kiosk a nice representative called out to me from the other side of the store to tell me not to bother signing up that she was coming over to help me right now. That was a surprise and a pleasant one at that. She was as friendly as can be even though she wasn't 100% sure of how to fix the problem I was having with my account but she at least took the issue and owned it until she was finally able to get assistance from her helpline. The problem I was having had to do with a Sim card apparently and I needed to get another one to replace it. She could've charged me the five dollar fee for that replacement but she didn't and just for five dollar unexpected savings,I was even more grateful. I know no one wants to have to go into a cell phone store for any reason really but if you do have to you should be able to feel confident that they do have employees that are cheerful and ready to help you and won't try to pass you off to some anonymous person on the phone from another country that barely understands the language. read more

When I entered the store there were a few employees walking around looking for something to do, a few helping customers, however no greeting from anyone until I forced eye contact with someone who worked there, then she saw she had no other choice than to ask if I needed help. Denise is the employee who got stuck with having to handle me, I suppose. I like to greet everyone with a smile, but Denise must have not seen mine under the mask. During this entire conversation, I was presented with an attitude of "I have WAY better things to do than help you" by Denise. She asked what I was here for, I told her "the promotion to upgrade my phone for free". She offered all the different iPhones I could have, none of the options I was looking for (because she only mentioned the phones that had extra add ons/more expensive) so I told her no I am looking for a free one. She said "okay yeah I have those in green". She comes back out and says there'll be tax fees I would still have to pay (which I was fine with) but then that this model had more storage space so I'd be paying a fee on top of that as well. That is EXACTLY what I said I was not wanting. I wanted the most basic, low storage phone so the upgrade had the least costs (I'm a college student, you know how that is) and Denise did absolutely nothing to help me. I asked if she could tell me if other stores in the area had them in stock to which she responded with a rude attitude "Nah I can't see that but yeah, good luck, you're not going to find them around here." Update: I spoke with the Manager at this location and we discussed how that is not the typical behavior they show at that store. He really seemed to listen to my situation, addressed everything that needed to be, and was able to confidently assure me that any future experiences here will be welcoming. 1 star disappeared from my updated review because Denise took it, but the other 4 will be holding up well. read more

Wish I could give AT&T a 0 but I can't. Literally called customer service (611), went thru all tge prompts only to be disconnected 7 times in a row. Text link to request a refund didnt work as "that feature wasn't currently available" I thought Verizon was bad but they look like absolute customer service geniuses compared to these scum bags. I'd never get AT&T again. That's my recommendation. Also, I'd recommend NEVER talking to an AT&T rep at Costco. read more

The customer service is terrible. I stood for at least 10 minutes and my existence wasn't even acknowledge, let alone a ,"we will be with you shortly". The one clerk continued to have a ha ha good time talking on the phone and the other clerk came out the back room, just looked at me and continued on with a customer he was working with. Mr Able Morales came out the back and immediately inquired of me,"have I been helped ", very professional very kind. It's to bad he has to work with such terrible disrespectful people. The manager, Alex, at this store is not helpful, nor reliable. As a result of a car accident and weeks of post-concussion symptoms, I missed returning my old phone by three or four days. I begged him to see if there was anything I could do to still obtain a credit and was told he would call me the following day... crickets, no follow-up phone call. Last week I was finally able to see the gentleman who had helped me order my new phone (at a different store), and it was suggested at that time to check in with the loyalty department. Unfortunately now too much time has passed and I am unable to receive any credit whatsoever. VERY disappointed. read more

I don't usually do this but I really felt that today's experience with this store needed to be shared. Abel, I believe was the gentleman's ( saint actually lol ) name. My son and I stopped by to fix a mistake he made in upgrading his device. He had accidentally selected his dads line so when it came in yesterday we left it to take in today to handle to switch over. They were really busy so after a bit of a wait, Abel was ready for us. However, because of a miscommunication - on MY part as I didn't explain properly - my husband's line ended up disconnecting essentially for a bit. The " crazy Navy wife Karen " in me came out and I went a bit crazy as I knew that my husband would be livid because his job carry's a high level of clearance necessitates that he always be available. Abel kept his responses and interactions professional and kept his composure. If I had been him I'm not sure I would have been able to but somehow he did. Even when having to speak to my husband via FT to get the necessary info from him which ALSO hit a snag!!! Can you believe it⁉ but after a few tries Abel got everything in order and we were out the door. To anyone whom Abel answers to . ? . ? . He deserves a bonus, extra day off, choose his schedule for a week or SOMETHING in recognition for an OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE with him today at this store. read more

Usually a very painful experience turned into a good one. Greeted as we walked through the door. The young lady was helpful and informative. In the end she suggested we take advantage of our warranty, explained how to use it and then come back to upgrade. Now that is customer service!! read more

THIS particular retail store clears employees to start without the benefit of proper training in the ways of customer service and social interaction. At&T overall: AT&T cancelled my iPhone order after 2 MONTHS because they decided I wasn't eligible for an upgrade. My upgrade eligibility was being used to PROCESS the existing order. Beware of ATT Digital Life. Do NOT sign a contract for their service. The contact starts over each time you move and they charge ridiculous fees to try and get out the contract and/or install at a new residence. I often relocate for work that with my last relocation I'd rather pay to cancel than transfer this service. Don't get fooled by having a great relationship with ATT for cable and/or internet and think digital life will provide the same great service. It won't even be included in any type of bundle service. read more

Decided to try another location, stress levels were cool in there. I was welcomed in the store by Alvin. I explained my screen situation which was hazy and blurry and pretty much was coming undone around the edges since it was put on Saturday. Samantha a representative there found me a new screen and was replaced without being charged. Something the other store wasn't willing to do on TPC Parkway. I was told not to put my case over it for 24 hours because it would cause the screen cover not to set properly. Problem solved... Thanks! A little patience helps and there quality of customer service is much better. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. This place talked me into signing up for digital life. I had to move the following year and they cancelled my account due to not providing service in the area I'm moving. When I canceled my account, they told me I won't owe any more money and wouldn't receive any more bills. A few weeks later I received another months bill. I was upset but agreed I would pay it. Then the next month, sent me ANOTHER installation fee on top of the previous bill. This company steals from you then will bully you if you don't pay by saying it will go on my credit. Bad bad business!!! I work too hard for my money to be giving it to this company! read more

Came in to get a phone upgrade on Sunday night. I showed up around 6:50 which I understand causes a little bit of time crunch. But after being asked to check in after I basically did two laps of their store at 6:57 I gave my information to the employee and then she disappeared in the back. At 7:01 an employee asks me if I've been helped and I told him I checked in. So he pulls up my info, and says "you're not the primary account holder, so without that person being here we can't even start the process" I told them that the person was on the way and was actually in the parking lot as I was saying that. He said sorry it's past our closing time so we can't start even if they were here. It was very obvious they were more interested in keeping their after closing time down to a minimum instead of helping a customer. I had been an AT&T customer for a long time and this isn't my families first encounter with this store that was similar to this incident. Most of the other stores in the area are hit or miss with their customer service so this will probably the event that leads me to switching to verizon or sprint. TL:DR. Unless you like dealing with poor retail store service, you should take your business to another store. They have a legacy in this area for being a terrible AT&T experience. read more

Was against going to this store because some of the bad Customer Service reviews. Well, went anyway. I needed a new SIMS card and found out you can get one for FREE @ the store if you have an account. I entered; was greeted politely by Jorge within 2 minutes. I explained why I needed a new card. He asked me about 3 questions, got a new card, and then completely programmed it for me. All I had to do is take it to my phone and insert it. No need to call AT&T back and do any pushing of buttons or entering info later. This tech/salesman/rep was completely trained and courteous. I don't understand the bad reviews; I received fabulous service. read more
