Horrible customer service took 2 and a half hours to get seen and still wasn't able to help

Not one to usually write a bad review but I feel it necessary to my community to warn others. Today I bought a phone from this store while the employees were friendly they were not very knowledgeable. I bought the phone and they were going to wipe my old phone for a trade in this process took over an hour and half and never was completed. I get in my car excited with my new phone, plug it in to charge and it won't charge. The battery went from 51 to 1 percent and the phone was acting funny. I went into the store to see what was going on and the associate basically told me they couldn't help me, then called what I assume the manager named bridgette and she as well was unhelpful, at least the original associate was friendly unlike bridgette. I left the store and went to the cave springs store in tears. The gentleman who helped was kind and informative. They helped solve the problem and set me up with my original phone and told me the proper steps to get my new one fixed. I called Apple and was told I was sold a phone that had non Apple parts in it, and the whole situation seemed super shady. I now will have to send my brand new phone, that doesn't work, to Apple and wait for them to send me a completely new one. Luckily Apple has senior advisors looking into this matter to see why I was sold a phone that wasn't legitimate. Just wanted to caution anyone thinking of buying a phone from this location to just head a few miles up the street to the cave springs location so they do not have to deal with the nonsense I dealt with today read more

Do NOT go to this store!!! They are deceptive, will put things on your account you did not ask for, tell you that you can transfer your phone, then fail to mention that you won't qualify for any of the discounts they said you would. Two days later and I'm still dealing with this garbage. Two days and 3 hours on the phone still trying to fix the $194 monthly bill they signed me up for, for a watch and a phone. We came in to this location about a year ago because one of our phones had broken. We ended up setting up new lines and switching away from a family plan. The representative told us that sue to the plan it would be less expensive to add additional lines even if we never used them and to come back later to merge our phone lines into one account. We came back multiple times to try to merge accounts and was never able to. Finally we tried another location, and based upon that stores research it was uncovered tht THIS location had lied to us. We were billed for lines we never used (that DID have an additional cost!!!) and we had been being billed in installments for an iwatch we never received or ordered. STAY FAR AWAY from this location!!!! At best they are incompetent and at worst scammers. read more

Do NOT go here... Do NOT waste your time... Though they have AT&T on the outside of their building, they are not a corporate AT&T store. (don't believe me, go in and ask them)... they do NOT abide by AT&T policy...go to either the "other" AT&T store on Mid Rivers or go to the one on Chesterfield Airport Rd. You will not get the high pressure that comes with (Franchise location... or whatever they want to call this location) nor will you have problems with the location abiding by company policy. Example of their failure.... go in to buy a phone... called them to make sure it was in stock and got a price quote. Arrive after driving across town only to be told that they do not sell phones outright without a plan... But they quoted me the retail price before driving across town! They say they have no way to just sell me a phone for retail pricing and that I had to add it to my plan for a monthly charge. (this was to replace a broken phone... I didn't want a monthly charge/ default 3yr contract) So I left and called 611 (AT&T support number from your cell)... guess what? AT&T themselves had me go to a corporate store to get the phone... but before I went, the guy on the phone (good guy from AT&T support) called the store, spoke with the manager, explained the situation and guess what? They were able to sell me the phone without issue for the retail quoted price. What happened? Because this store (@324 Mid Rivers Mall Dr) could not make any $ on the deal (re: could not convince me to add the 3 year payment plan to the phone) they instead refused to sell me the phone instead of taking care of a long term customer. (numerous decades) This place only exists to hard pressure upsell, not take care of customers in my experience. The corporate store employees have to deal with these kinds of stores disgruntled customers... easy to imagine what the corporate employees stuck with a mess that isn't their's, think of the places that create the messes in the first place. AVOID THIS STORE! CAVEAT EMPTOR! Drive across town to avoid if necessary. read more

Easily best att store around. Store is very clean and staff is very professional and friendly.

This location has zero customer service skills or products on had. I always have to go to the cave springs location to get any good and pleasant help. read more

I would like to start by explaining that I was in the flood in Saint peters and my phone was destroyed by water and I was forced to go three days without a phone. Now, I tried switching to a new service and AT&T placed my phone number on hold. I went to the store looking for help to get my pass code changed and they sent me away telling me that I needed to call customer service. Customer service was closed because it was 7:30 in the evening. The next morning I called AT&T customer service, for the third time. And was told I needed to go to the store. I went to the same store, same person working, helping to older women explaining how to use their phone. I apologize to the ladies and asked if I could go before them and explained my situation. The very non-professional person working who claimed to be the manager, told me to wait my turn he remembered me being there the night before, he remembers my situation and yet again sent me on my way. Do not ever go to the store and I will never recommend AT&T's phone service. read more

Went to OFallon AT&T to get new phones tonight. Pulled up at 6:30. We waited our turn. Told the guy what we were looking for he said sorry they aren't in stock. They only have the most expensive kind, of course. He said he could check other stores. So we had him do that because we were on a mission to get this done plus we had a sitter. He said they have them at the Mid Rivers AT&T. That's all he said. I said awesome thanked him for his time and we head out make it to the next store. Arrived at 7:15. The store closes at 8. We get in there only one guy is working but there's only one customer. So we decided to wait. After waiting a half hour Matt and I made a decision to stick it out. We waited until 8:10 the guy comes over and says they don't have any of the phones either! We explained the ofallon store said they didn't he goes oh well they must've meant the other Mid Rivers store! He goes you should've interrupted me instead of wasting your time. 1- We we're trying to be polite 2-It is not my job to come to you buddy. 3- why is there only one of you working at ofallon there was 4! read more
