(This review is regarding my last experience at this dispensary over a year ago, and was copied from my original Reddit Post. I have still not went back and I DO NOT ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO GO HERE!!) I had been going to High Profile ever since i got my medical card years ago. Today will be my last time. I was waiting in the waiting room and a couple come in loud as hell complaining about my partner (who was waiting for me as due to my medical condition i cant drive) who was sitting in our car (tesla) in the spot NEXT to the handicap spots. Saying that "some asshole is sitting in white tesla in the handicap spot ideling" and they had fucking security go out there and "handle it" like he's suppose to be some fucking tough guy but anyway he goes out there and tells my partner to move even though he wasnt in the handicap spot just next to it and was literally waiting for a MEDICAL patient. I then asked to speak to a manager and got some asshole who spoke as loud as he could in the waiting room and basically didnt give a fuck about the situation . I just dont expect to be treated like that somewhere i shop so often. I would understand if they would have been handicap and there was no spots but both handicap spots were open. Long story short I don't plan on going to this high profile ever again after these petty nonsense. read more

The service here is not good . The website does not show Apple to Apple THC comparison as some are total THC and summer thca . Place is a joke! 95% of the Budtenders are great, issues are not with them. I have 2 complaints about this place, #1 is that they DO NOT EVER ANSWER THE PHONE, #2 is their 'supposed' sale items LISTED ON THEIR FLYER IN THE ENTRY FOYER- Gron pearls Saturday/Sunday BOGO for .01, 4 different occasions they change what is on sale. I go in for the 10 pack, 100mg (just bought last week) NOPE this time it's single pack 100mg, next week I go for the single pack( bought previous week) NOPE now it's the 10 pack but the sign in the lobby has NEVER CHANGED it seems whichever you request, suddenly it's not the one on sale. Placed and order online for pickup and picked at time slot for 4 - 4:15. Got there in the drive through line at 4. We were in line for almost an hour.... Still didn't have our order ready. Got up to the window and person at the window told us we should have waited until we received a text for pickup. Not on us for showing up on time. This company doesn't deserve any stars. On multiple occasions I have done business with them and it goes like this... order an ounce on the website. Get to the drive through window to pick-up. Get told that they don't have enough product to fill the order, am asked if I want what they do have, I say sure, assuming that since I'm getting less than I paid for I'd get a discount. This last time I was shorted 5g. So I checked receipt. I still paid for an ounce. I've emailed them regarding this issue, the price difference was around 35$ when I did the math for the sale. I purchased a platinum Cush cart on 7/3 that came with a blue indica tip. I took it in to get replaced and they told me they just had been miss labeled. I still believe my cart isn't a Cush cart after tasting. I am beyond frustrated that they won't tame my product and replace it.
