No update & no communication on a delay. * I wait 3 days (giving them some grace b/c of holiday). No update. I called and again promised a diagnostic on Friday evening. No call back. *Called the next day Friday, another person said they will do diagnostic & call me back. No call back. *Called Monday to get an update. Someone said it needs a new camera but don't have that part and I need to wait a couple of days. *Called Wednesday, they don't have the part still and said another few days. *Call Friday, again waiting for part. *Called following Monday, 'they should get the part Tuesday and I'll get may phone Tuesday. Tuesday comes and goes with no phone and no call from them. * Wednesday comes & goes. * Thursday (today) still waiting for any contact. There is a general theme here. There has not be ONE call from them with any type of follow-up for 2 weeks. Not one. Good communication & timely repair should be the highlight of a cell phone repair service. They took off the screen and cleaned the camera lens from the inside along with the tiny lens that does face recognition. Who would have guessed that was the answer?
