Will definitely recommend Paul's to anyone looking for furniture!

I for the life of me cannot remember the salesman's name (we've met tons of people this last week so it's hard!) But he was absolutely fantastic, not pushy and gave us a ton of information on the different brands of furniture. We will be returning to purchase more furniture for our home as we decide on our style. Amazing just amazing store! Excellent quality and tons of options! The free delivery and assembly is fantastic as well and saves a few hundred! Thank you!

Then Saturday, NOT DONE! Finally got an email 2 1/2 weeks after the first contact saying they couldn't do it! Decided to surprise my girlfriend with flowers and unfortunately found out that this is not the…read moreplace to try and do such a thing. I had explained when ordering that I would speak with my girlfriend, find out when she would be returning from class to be home for a surprise delivery, and then relay this information back to the florists. The florist explains that this would be no issue at all. The price was fair and the pieces shown to me were all good looking bouquets, so at this point I am totally satisfied. This did not go as planned at all. I went to my girlfriends house and spoke with her, finding out she would be leaving for class in about 30 minutes and returning an hour later (again, discreetly in order to maintain the surprise). 30 minutes after leaving the shop, and just as my girlfriend is getting ready to leave for class, her phone begins to ring. It's the florist, asking for directions to the house so she can drop off flowers. I have absolutely no idea why they decided to do the following things: -not wait for me to call them (as discussed) and tell them when she would be home later for the delivery. -not use the address I had given them and any online map/gps for directions, like any other person would, especially given the fact that we had talked about the delivery being a surprise. To add to the wonderful situation, the flowers arrive, and they are the wrong kind and totally different from the order I had placed! I ask for the delivery woman about the issues, and she is totally out of the loop, as she was just simply told to deliver the flowers without any other details. I call the shop a little later to try and figure out what exactly happened. The manager explains that the call before delivery for directions is what they always do, and that she figured that there would be no issues with delivering the flowers right away. I really wish I had read the reviews on Google before placing my order, as I am not the only person to experience this type of situation. The day ended on a good note, as I got my refund and bought a beautiful bouquet from the florist at Benton Square. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Benton Square from the beginning.

A few weeks after that the block broke, just sitting on a wooden bench in our foyer. We brought it to Peacock Stained Glass store in Rolla, where it was made. The guy said he would repair/ remake it, but it costs $35. I told him I would want an easel with it, in hope that would prevent it from braking again. Weeks later I finally get a phone call, that it would be ready for pick up. When I went in, he did not have the easel I wanted for it and the glass picture did not look the same as before. After he said he would try to get an easel for it, I told him I would leave the block with him until he has an easel. Weeks went by again and today I went in the store to check why I still have not gotten a call yet. He says, HE SOLD MY FIXED BLOCK, cause he understood I don't want it if he doesn't have an easel for it. I was and still am mind blown!! He sold "my gift" a memory piece. Says no sorry, but that he can make me a new one for $40.

I have been getting my meds filled at Sinks for years now. I have thought about changing when I was told to call a week ahead of time that my Prescriptions are due that way They can make sure to have my medication. The thing is on some of my medications I have been in for years and they know that plus, my doctors office sends in my medication's electronically now, so there for they have my medications already in their computers and it's a small town Iberia. Where Basically everybody knows everybody so I don't understand why I have to call In every month a week ahead of time to make sure that they have enough of my meds or if they need to order more of my medications I think that it shouldn't have to be my job. There's some time I get too busy or I am in pain And I forget to call in. There r some times I go to pick uo my meds n I get a pink slip (IOU), saying that they didn't have enough to fully complete My Prescription n they r always nice n hard at work and I would still let others know aSinks In Iberia is a good place to get your medication filled and any questions you need answered. They will get u an answer or finding it out And they will also check and make sure if If any of your new medication has any kind of reactions to your current medication they will let you know if any of your new medications that have possible side effects with your current medications and if you are concerned they will help explain n also ease ur mind as well. Then on top of going to Sinks pharmacy in Iberia you can go threw the drive threw or even better Go inside n get you some fresh , or stuff to make chicken Alfredo with cheesy garlic rolls/bread and a side salad. Or or you can just do your grocery shopping all words while waiting on your prescriptions to be filled it's a win-win!! I will be giving them 4 stars due to the fact that sometimes my prescriptions are ready but I am waiting at home for a text message saying that they are ready to be picked up or even ended the other reason is because after all these years of doing business with them I have to call Heather time to make sure that they order my medication. They even told me that I am the only one that gets to the verifications that I have on so you would think I would have to call and remind them to order them because of their computer system and there is no paper prescriptions anymore it's all done electronically other than that I think six pharmacy in Iberia is a wonderful place to go and as I said before the staff there is great and very knowledgeable. They also give out free vitamins for kids which is wonderful and they are full of smiles it as you're walking around shopping for groceries you'll look back at them and you can see him laughing and smiling which makes u think they enjoy doing what they do!!and you know they love their job and that is very important when you go out in this world to get a job. Its very important to love your job because it makes your work day go by so much easier It's also a good example for others, Especially teenagers and kids to say people who are working up their jobs smiling because they know they're having fun I love their job which in turn can make them want to be a pharmacist or a PT. Have a blessed day spread love not hate not germs
