We sat down and he looked at my phone and checked my account.In a professional way he said you've had this a few years and you might consider a newer one. He reminded me after 3 years of constant use one day it will stop. And I must admit he hit a nerve with that one. So we started talking price, sales, etc. I had good luck with my Motorola so I decided to stick with them. Mike showed me a newer phone they made and showed me their promotion with it. I liked it and bought it. While going through the final process of setup he pointed out things for my safety. Glass repair, theft, insurance, etc. I was pleased with my Mike. He always put his customers first and is there with follow up advice and questions. I highly recommend Mike Liberti if you're looking to purchase a Verizon product. 5 stars for Mike!

Mike looked up my account and quickly verified I had…read moreinsurance for my Apple 14 Pro Max ( I had been told at another location I didn't). $100 replacement or I could upgraded with.$835 credit for my damaged phone ( had been told my credit would be much lower because of the damaged back screen). We went out to my car with 2 of the 8 selected by Mikecto make sure one would work on the charging pad in my Mazda ( when I asked at another location I suggested 2 that they didn't have and that was the end of it. Suggested a polymer screen protector instead of glass which had scratches and fractures on it with all my other phones. Also purchased a usb c plug in adapter that shuts off when phone is fully charged. All in my amount including accessories was $190 cheaper and included taxes and info transfer to the new phone. The other quote from the other location did not include any of the accessories. When I went to bring my old phone in Kevin helped me and had to spend time straightening out the issue created at the other store I left as the "rep" at that location had not cancelled the other trade in or bank transaction. Bravo for the a university Verizon location. This is what customer service should look like.

Deciding to go with spectrum mobile was a horrible decision. I first started with a phone order for…read morea new phone and 2 bring your own phone. They shipped my phone and with no delivery attempt or notice on my door shipped it back. They charged me 254.11 on 2/23. I then went to the webster branch store to set up my service there. After visiting the store 5 times upwards of 3hr of waiting each visit I still have issues. In the store they could not transfer my phone number over from Version or understand why. I told them over and over that it was because my version phone number was tied to the original phone that had been shipped back. Even I could figure that out. In person at the store! I was told to call spectrum myself to sort out the issue. I was also told they do not have the tools or resources in the store to dill with issues like this. Paying another 108.04 on 3/6 I leave with a phone. After I left the store and called spectrum myself with a new phone without my migrated phone number on it. As I thought my number was paired to the phone, they shipped back the spectrum the agent on the phone understood after I explained. I was also told by the person helping me in the store, since I had started the prosses before the promotion ended, I would still be able to get the 700 trade in allowance for one of my phones even know the promotion had ended. Ladder to find out from the store manager this was a lie. After my phone number was migrated, the spectrum agent told me she would have the number that came on the phone canceled and the financing transferred to my old version phone number. Yesterday I received an email stating I owe 1263.88 because the line was canceled. I again call spectrum I was told that there is a ticket in and there working on then told to go get a prepaid card from 7 11 with 5 dollars on it in case they do try to take the money out. This is crazy to me! After all this I lost all premotions or phone buyout options because the store is understaffed, not trained and doesn't have the capability's to properly take care of their mobile customers. Or cannot contact the correct people to take care of issues and require the customer to do so. I called spectrum to see if they would honor any premotions because of all these issues they refused and offered me 25 dollars. I still have not been refunded all my money and still see a bill for 1,151.62 and have not been contacted about any of this with in the time frame they gave me. I will be leaving spectrum all together now and returning to my old service they are offering the same phone for free and will be using another internet provider.

II just had the worst customer experience at the Webster, NY store location (and not for the first…read moretime). Two clerks helping one customer with at least a dozen people in the store waiting. When I was finally called to the counter I was told I could not do what I had been told to do by Spectrum customer support on the phone. Spectrum just lost me as a customer.

He even found us a discount on our plan. That works bested for our new financial circumstances. I had to go out on disability. Our 2nd visit came a few weeks later. We met with Denzel. He was equally amazing. I loved how professional, personable, well dressed he was. The visit came about because our bill was wrong. It was nothing David did wrong. Corporate were the ones who messed it up. Denzel was able to get it worked out quickly, and we were back on our way. I have 4 stars, only because we had to return, due to our bill. When my phone was on its last legs, I stopped in to this Verizon store to see what the problem was…read moreand if it could be saved. Of course it couldn't, but that's no fault of the store representatives. I worked with Frank, who explained my options for getting a replacement phone through my insurance vs. buying a new one, and didn't try to upsell me on the latest model. He patiently transferred all of my photos and contacts over from my old phone and made sure I knew how to access older files. It would be nice if there were more case options available for my LG phone (all that was available in store was a utilitarian black rubber case), but I was able to find a decorative one on Amazon. The store was also out of screen protectors on the day I went in, so I had to return the next day. Spending money on unexpected phone repairs or upgrades is never fun, but the employees at this location made it pretty painless.
