I called to tell them the new problem and was told and I quote " It's Common sense that's a battery problem and has nothing to do with them replacing the screen" A quick GOOGLE search proved that to be not only incorrect, but something a person fixing phones should know. Most unprofessional frustrating experience…read more I left a $50 deposit for an unlocked iPhone after being told they could get one ready for me. Over the next several days, I kept checking in and was told things like "almost done," "it'll be unlocked today," and "bear with me." After waiting and making multiple trips back to the store, the phone was still carrier locked. Nathan (the owner) then tried to bait and switch me with another phone At that point, I decided not to move forward with the purchase and asked for my $50 deposit back. They agreed to refund me, but then it turned into days of "I'm waiting for Zelle to reset" and "I'll send it today." I kept following up, but it took almost an entire week and more effort than it should have. Avoid at all costs

The first thing I noticed was there were still little glass shards in the camera when the back screen was replaced, which meant that they did not clean it properly before putting on the new back glass and the back glass was not seated properly because there was a gap between the frame and the glass. About a week ago my battery started giving out and it started bulging/inflating out of the phone to the point where the back glass cracked. I paid $200 for both parts (installed). So I went on Amazon and purchased the battery and the back glass and install installed it myself for $74. If you come to the shop, make sure you get warranty and that your phone has new parts installed correctly before you leave the store. I would have contacted them sooner regarding some type of warranty, but I could no longer find them on OfferUp because our past messages weren't deleted.
