Been here several times to this Plantation AT&T store. As we entered we were greeted by staff member, Edgar, who was professional and answered all my questions in reference to upgrading to Direct TV Streaming from Uverse. The price from the Direct TV streaming is about the same price as Youtube TV streaming at $85.00. Both only require one small device that will operate every TV. Have a cellular upgrade appointment for Sunday then will decide. read more

Was having a nice morning walking at the park nearby. Went into this store after to ask for a refund or replacement for the new meta ray bans I ordered on the 9th which turned out to be a lemon. I have been a 25+ year customer of AT&T and requested to be placed on the 55+ plan on my current phone. The phone rep that I spoke with said I could get this plan and a new phone (as my phone was paid off) at no cost with my trade in. When I went to the store I was told this was untrue. So I requested the new phone that I received in the mail to be returned and I would keep my current phone. Well, since June, 29, 2025 my phone keeps being suspended for service because their 3 rd party provider has not received the new phone back. The phone was given to a rep at this store to send back. I only left with my current phone. I have no idea where the new iPhone is. After numerous calls on hold for hours and then being told my phone was being shut off due to a report the phone was stolen (an obvious lie) this was told to me each day I visited the store as I only have one phone which I use for business and personal. I had to use their phone to call customer service. It is so embarrassing when you are on the phone with a client and your phone is cut off numerous times. I went as high as I could within the organization to a manager named Nate in their Customer Loyalty Program to to remedy this situation and do the right thing for the $100's of dollars I had lost in pay and my professional reputation due to their mistakes and to fix the constant turning off of my phone. I spent hours on hold at the store on numerous occasions being given different information depending who I spoke to. The manager was extremely unprofessional as well as Darwin an employee there who started to provide me a new phone as a good faith gesture for the $100's of dollars I have lost and the fact that my current phone will continue to be disconnected every 24 hours until this is resolved. which he then denied he said to his manager When he arrived to the store. He even asked me what color I wanted and what size space I have. So the manager proceeded to tell me I am a liar!!! In addition to the pay I lost and the inconvenience of hours on the phone being passed around to one department and another I was scheduled to fly to my mother's house and had to delay the trip, incurring airline fees and as of today since I don't know when this issue will be resolved I have not been able to update the date of my trip. As they told me my phone will disconnect every 24 hours at different times until the case that was submitted would be resolved 5-10 days! I am throughly disappointed with this store for their poor customer service and with AT&T as a whole for treating a customer of 25 years with no compassion or commitment to take accountability for their errors and do the right thing. AT&T should be ashamed of how they have handled this case and I would never recommend anyone to use their services. This experience could have been avoided and remedied easily, but due to their incompetence and lack of commitment to customer service and doing the right thing professionally and ethically I sit here waiting for my phone to be turned off at any time and start this process all over again For 5-7 days!! 8/4/25 UPDATE: Visited the store again this morning as my phone was suspended again. I cannot transfer my phone number of 25 years to a different vendor as long as AT&T was showing it suspended and the soonest the status would be resolved by AT&T is 8/12/25. So what option do I have? I have a business, a child and a mother I need to reschedule my visit to see. All of which I desperately need a phone for! ONLY OPTION BEFORE 8/12/25, is to buy a new NEW PHONE from AT&T! I was basically being held hostage to get my phone working. So I bought a new phone with absolutely no monetary consideration by AT&T $1000+ and now a larger monthly bill. YES YOU HEARD CORRECTLY, THEY HAVE HAD MY PHONE SUSEPENDED FOR 6 DAYS. BY NO FAULT OF MINE AND THEY ARE GETTING A SALE OUT OF IT! I HAVE NO MORE WORDS FOR THIS STORE OR THIS ORGANIZATION. I WILL BE FOLLOWING UP ONCE I AM ABLE CATCH UP ON EVERYTHING IN MY LIFE OVER THE PAST 6 DAYS AND WILL PURSUE THIS ISSUE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT! The one positive I would like to say, one of the the customer service representatives in the store whose name is "Kevin" went above and beyond to try to help me. He called customer service over and over with me, he treated me in a kind way and with respect. He was genuinely concerned and wanted to help me the best he could within his control. From the start, he acted like my issue was an inconvenience rather than something he was responsible for fixing. December 2022 Noon Came to this location as it is closest to my office. Needed a car charger as my last one sadly got damaged probably fell in between a seat than if you move the seat up to look for it voila it's cut. Thus no longer working. They were able to look up the last time I bought one and it was in 2020 so no longer covered under warranty for replacement. Got another at a discount due to my employer gives us a benefit here. Note, only on accessories not on phones. This place was crazy ass dead which is odd guess no one is getting a new phone for Christmas. Charger has been working great and I gave him the old one to toss. read more

I recently went into the store to order the new Samsung Galaxy 6 Flip and was assisted by Jorge who just 3 months before helped me with getting the new Motorola Razor for my son at a ridiculously low monthly cost of $2.99 a month for the phone. Seeing as Samsung was also running a similar program I went to see Jorge again. Mind you, Jorge is attentive to your needs and very knowledgeable about the phones. He managed to save me a lot of money all the while making AT&T shine. He has great customer service skills, which goes a long way in my book. He's definitely an asset to AT&T. By the way you should look into all the money saving programs AT&T offers. Happy shopping! read more

Kim did a pretty good job at the first time and also when I post my first review it was a great manager there , now it's a disaster one stay it's a compliment!!!! Went there to pair an Apple Watch , they don't know how to do it I just realized after couple a months that it's not paired right , today they send me to apple and it was an easy fix that they should fix , anyway I can continue and write here all day it's not worth my energies!!!! I am so annoyed with this store! I upgraded my phone and since they wouldn't assist me in the store to transfer everything they had me go home and told me what to do. He said everything would transfer over, since I depend on them because I am not technology savvy he must of not clicked the photo tab to transfer and they deleted all my photos and videos!!!! All they want to do is sell you extra products when you go in for a phone but no help after that!!!! According to apple they just want you in and out to make sale and get to the next customer, seems that was happened to me! I am in sales I get it but sit back and listen to the customers needs and wants instead of pushing for me to get someone to get an extra line on my phone carrier or television through you guys!! read more

TURN OFF PAPERLESS BILLING This is a rant against AT&T corporate in general. They have stopped giving grace periods to customers who automatically pay online. If your bill drops on the 15th, they take the payment on the 15th. If you turn off automatic payment, the bill on the 15th has to be mailed to you but the payment is due on the 1st or the 2nd. read more

I have 6 phones with att. I had problem that att customer service told to go into this store 12231 W. Sunrise in plantation and that they would resolve the issue. I came in today. 9/10/22 and was basically told by one of the employees they did not "care" what customer service said. He was arrogant , rude and indifferent to resolve a very simple issue. If I could give negative stars I would give negative 10! Worst experience ever! I have been an AT&T customer for cable and internet in the past for many years. In April, i started looking for a new wireless provider. I was switching from Cricket to a new provider, and had come across the ads for AT&T. I connected with a sales person online, went through my options, had a chat history of the call. The process went smooth, and the next day our phones were delivered. They set them up down in the parking lot, and brought them to my door. I was feeling very good about my switch. That didnt last long. As soon as the first bill arrived, i contacted AT&T, with the mistakes that didnt line up with what i had been promised. i was sold a bucket of lies, and AT&T won't fix the commitment their salesperson made. Hours on online chats, on hold on the phone, to be told the problems had been corrected. Unfortunately, that was only until the next bill came. After 3 attempts to fix online and on the phone, i was very frustrated. I was told to go into a store and have a branch manager help me. I went to a store, where the gentleman was very helpful, but since he wasn't a "corporate" store he told me he couldn't do anything. He recommended the the store at 12231 W Sunrise Blvd in Plantation. I went to the corporate store, and signed in. I waited and waited, while they took the "new" customers first. My turn came, i started a conversation with the sales person, and asked to see a manager. Sam Sterling came out to help me, started reading through my chat histories i showed him, and took off to the back to help another sales person. 30 minutes later, he came back up front after i got upset about being left to sit all this time. He told me there wasn't anything he could do, but he was going to forward the transcripts to his manager, and i would get some help from the higher ups. I told him i wasn't happy about being left to sit there and to keep getting the run around. He shrugged his shoulders and told me he couldn't do anything. I have since called at least 3 times to the store, and had to leave messages because Sam isn't working on the days i call. Such a shame in this day when people are unemployed that i have to keep dealing with people who just don't care!! There are other carriers i can go to, but i love the phones and i thought i loved the plan. How do you let salespeople make a commitment and not stand beside the plan? Why wasn't it corrected the first time i brought it to their attention? I am a single mom, trying to stay within a budget, which was committed to me and is on the chat history, yet ever since, i have been stuck with a bill that is outrageous! I'll echo everyone else: this place sucks! I cam in for a simple issue (switch from a micro SD card to nano because I switched phones) and have been waiting in line forever. Staff is incredibly slow and having endless conversations among themselves and the clients they're currently serving, including one that appears to be a therapy session and has nothing to do with the business of phone service. read more

I have diabetes and all of a sudden my finger started to bleed to death. One kind employee showed me the way to the bathroom and even a bandage to prevent infection. I was conversing with this great employee and the moron that was originally assisting me kept interrupting. As rude as can be. I went to the manager and the rude worker followed me. Then what happened next was frightening. The manager screamed at me at the top of his lungs saying he backs his people and then when I asked to close out the account and remove the sim card he just added the manager stated again screaming do not touch that account. I called the police and got no where. This company thinks they can treat customers any way they want and have absolutely no work ethic and should go back to the jungle where they belong. I don't think they even have the capability of scrubbing toilets for a living. I do plan to advise the FCC what happened and all over social media. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with these people. They have very expensive plans and to top it all of just totally unacceptable how they treat the public. This place is the worst place ever. Every time I go into this location I leave frustrated and agree. I then call ATT direct and everything is completely opposite of what this place says. This store lacks serious customer service. I swapped from Verizon to go on my fiancé's plan and it was a terrible idea! My phone was not setting up right and instead of offering help they told me when I get home to log into my iCloud, I had to ask for the help. Will never go back to this store to many employees standing around with no help all they did was provide me frustration. Once I left the store I had to call customer service and speak with them for over 30 minutes the employees at the store were such a lack of help. read more

Wife bought me an iPhone 6s 6 days ago. Salesman said all I had to do was to back with my current iPhone to iTunes and then restore the 6s. He also said I had 14 days to return the iPhone if I wasn't satisfied and sold her the "protection plan" which he said would replace my phone if it was damaged. I start the restore process and the new 6s locks up/freezes. I take the 6s back to the AT&T store and a different salesperson, "Tul", says this is a common issue, the iPhone came out with a defective OS and I should have updated the OS before attempting the restore. "Tul" said there was nothing AT&T could do, but I could take the iPhone to "One Click" (a local business in the Sawgrass Mall) and they, as an Apple service center could fix the problem as it was under warranty. "Tul" reached into his pocket and pulled out a shack of business cards for "One Click" and gave me directions to their store. I went to "One Click" and the clerk there said they could "probably" fix the problem, but it would take 24 hours and cost $30.00. I went back to the AT&T store, spoke to a salesperson (a new one) then the manager. Salesperson said that all AT&T salespersons had received an Email with instructions that iPhone's OS should be updated prior to restoring. I spoke to the manager and explained my situation. He told me AT&T had no responsibility and that it was a matter for Apple. The manager admonished me to not go to a third part store, i.e. "One Click", as that could invalidate my Apple warranty. I reinterated that it was his employee who sent me to "One Click" and he even had a pocket full of their business cards. The manager said "I'll have to look into that". I demanded a refund for my iPhone (original salesperson said we had 14 days). The manager said he could not give me a refund as the iPhone was now inoperable/locked up. I told him that I wanted a refund, or replacement, as the product they sold me was inoperable and he said that warranty issues were for Apple and AT&T only provided the "protection plan". He said he couldn't give me a refund for a product (they sold) that was inoperable or defective. Clearly a Rhodes scholar!!! I started to smash the iPhone and seek a replacement - boy am I glad I didn't. I went home and called Apple Support. 5 minutes later the problem was resolved!!! When I called AT&T customer support to activate the protection plan, they told me about the deductible. The AT&T Store salesman (the original one) never mentioned a deductible, he "sold" the plan as providing a "replacement" for a damaged or destroyed iPhone. The deductible is $199 for the first 6 months and $149 for the second 6 months - not exactly what the original salesman's alluded to. I had great support in dealing with both Apple and AT&T telephone customer service; but the in-store AT&T experience was horrible! I feel like I was hustled and once I had made a purchase under deceit was kicked to the curb. I cannot believe the audacity of this store. I had an issue with my iphone it stopped work abruptly. I got to the store at 7:30 PM. A worker said "can I help you"- I held up my phone and said it doesn't work. He never asked me do I need a diagnositc or am I there to buy a new phone. Who would imagine that an AT & T store couldn't help you with the phone? I waited one hour. I needed to call my husband. I asked to use a phone. The same worker said "all of our phone are locked" . I said so how can I make a call. He yelled "LIVE" . I said what does that mean? He said "you didn't listen you only assumed what I said?" REALLY how about tell me the phones are availabe for use- nasty. WELL the LIVE phones didn't work. no one could use them! So a nice lady let me use HER phone. I continued to wait another 15 minutes. When my name was called- that same worker yelled to the worker assigned to me in SPANISH- "TRANQUILO..." I speak spanish- idiot- that's insulting. Next the worker assigned to me, who I watched for the 75 minutes, could not have moved slower or with less purpose. He then put down his trusty ipad slowly and said- "oh you want a diagonostic- we don't do that here- go to a mall and have someone break into the phone. Or go to One Click- they are still open." He told me without insurance they could do nothing but offer me to pay for a new phone despite I am still paying for the one I have..I left. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE BEEN TO THIS PARTICULAR STORE and gotten terrible service. The last time the worker failed to cancel my phone as he PROMISED HE DID- and I got charged over and over for it. AT & T should be ashamed. I am cancelling my contract. When she comes out she says she isnthe manager and she does not deal with customers. I could not believe she said that. We decided to leave and now want to change cell phone company. U-verse sucks they promised you a much cheaper price and much better service than Comcast. This is nothing but a lie now my prices gone up after only four months again with U-verse now I'm paying $40 a month more than I was paying with Comcast and the service is terrible. The phone the innet, and my telephone are always going in and out up to three times today. They keep telling me that the increase in prices were specials and now they're over. If I want to cancel my service I have to pay an early termination fee. I can't wait until my time is up with them and I can go back to Comcast I would not recommend U-verse to anyone. read more

I would actually like to THANK AT &T for finally being able to help switch my mom over to the BETTER T-Mobile. My mom was looking to upgrade her phone after 3 years so I took her to the AT&T store to get a new phone. Wow! things have definitely changed since I have left over a year ago. We get there and are greeted by a gentlemen who seems friendly enough. We tell him that we are looking to upgrade her phone and that she is looking at the new Galaxy 6 Edge. He didn't say anything about the phone or the specs, he brought us to a table than proceeded to try to sell us everything but what we had went there for. It was extremely off putting to go there for a phone and they are trying to sell us cable, internet, and security. We told them we weren't interested and that we just came for the phone but he wouldn't back off. He finally said that he would go get the phone. He comes back and grabs another guy who comes over and starts trying to sell us everything but the phone as well. Nothing worse than being tag teamed by two employees about completely irrelevant things. After about 20 minutes of that we we said screw the phone and left. My mom promptly switched to T-Mobile that day and my brother too. They are now happy and paying a lot less than what they were paying with AT&T. Soooo....that you again AT&T for helping switch my mom over to T-Mobile. read more

The managers there are just not personable. There is one of them, I don't recall her name, but she has long blonde hair, she shouldn't be a manager. She has no solutions to offer her customers when something out of the ordinary arrises. All I have ever heard from her is no, not possible. The store manager is all nice and pleasant when you are buying. But doesn't like to make an appearance when something goes wrong and pons off the work to fix it on her underlings. I can't imagine how the people there put up with her. How would you work with out support from your boss? Regardless, I will be finding another store to visit. read more

I have a cell phone through Xfinity mobile. My phone froze and I could not get it to work at all. It would not even shut off to reboot. The phone is an iPhone X. I googled what to do and nothing would work. I drove all the way to Xfinity in Delray Market place and they were so unhelpful and so rude. They told me to go to the Apple store 10 miles away. I would have had to wait at least 3 hours. My sister was with me and has 2 accounts with AT&T mobile. So I told her let's just go and see if we can add me to your plan. So we asked at the Xfinity store if they knew where an AT&T store was and they ignored us. There was one 900 feet away. We drove to the AT&T store and we were greeted immediately by a man named Abdul Jabar. He was so sincere and helpful. He did not pressure us to add a line or to buy anything. He asked pertinent questions and pulled up my sisters cell phone account for liability purposes (I assume). He fixed my problem with my iPhone X in 2 minutes. So my suggestion is do not ever get a cell phone with Xfinity and go to AT&T. I will definitely go back in 2 months to Abdul Jabar in the Delray Market Place AT&T store when my phone is paid in full. I will definitely be switching to AT&T. He is an extrodonary employee and AT&T is very lucky to have Abdul Jabar as an employee. read more

ATT sucks. Period. The service is always crappy and I've complained about it to customer service, and they NO HELP! When hurricane Irma struck by us,I had no service for a week. Well, I called and they said they would refund for that month. The whole bill. I asked to clarify just to make sure. They said yes. That month, my bill was the same. Ok. Called again. Had no idea what I was talking about. After fighting and getting mad they said "OK we will refund you your bill this month ". Fine. Got my bill two weeks later and STILL no refunding. Called AGAIN. They had NO clue. Again. I got so mad. All they could do was refund me $25. So I had two-three employees from ATT lie to me. They are nothing but a headache. Do NOT go to ATT. They suck. Wireless and cable stinks. Barely have service or NO service with them. Cable? Sometimes I have to restart it. UGH. Stay with Comcast! And stay with Sprint! read more
