I was convinced by the OSL associate to switch by saying that Tmobile was offering a promotion where I would get my line of service for $45 a month, and a free second line (which I had no need for) when i receieved my first bill, it was charging me $65 for each line, plus taxes and fees totaling near $142 per month. The t mobile associate at this location helped me straighten out the mess and cancel the second unwanted and unused line. I appreciate the help undoing the fraud that I unwittingly fell for.
