I have used this store for decades; however, twice in the last two years, two salesmen have been…read moredishonest. The salesman said I was buying a brand new phone. When it quit working 20 months later, another salesman said it read "used" in the system. Recently, a quote was not honored and even the manager defended the salesman by saying "You signed a contract." Don't assume that what you are told is the bottom line. Double-check for additional charges. My flip phone was disconnected but when I would not pay an add on fee, they said they couldn't reverse the disconnection. I left without a working phone. Also, THE STORE IN LEVIS COMMONS IS NOT A VERIZON store. The $536 phone that did not last even two years could not be traded in at another VERIZON store because they said this store is a third party company that uses Verizon service. Don't be deceived.

The sales rep was cordial but not extremely friendly. Because I am 65 and my existing phone was an 8 plus and I upgraded to a 15 plus I had problems setting up and had to go in the next day for help. The rep that I worked with that day was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even though they charge now to transfer data and assist in pairing devices I relented for the convenience and time it would save me. Kyle was a Godsend. He did everything I requested and offered his personal services (through the company) if I had problems in the future. He is definitely an asset to that Verizon store. Online check said waiting for parts. 5 weeks later, I called and asked for an update. Was told they replaced it but the damage extended to the motherboard and was not functional. I bought a replacement motherboard since the charger port is soldered in, for less than the "repair deposit". When I removed my old motherboard, I was greeted with the original charger port and the crack in the plastic that I had inflicted on it when I had replaced the keyboard before. Not only did they neglect to keep me updated on the status of my tech, but they probably didn't even send it out, as I picked it up the same day I called from the original location I took it to. Note that they have a clause in their "repair warranty" that if you don't claim your tech within 60 days, they own it. Fucking scammers.

Worst cell phone experience of my life. I was lied to, they did not resolve my issue. When I tried…read moreto return the phone I bought a week prior I had my receipt everything that came with a phone and the device was only taken out of the box for about 5 hours. They told me that since my carrier was connected to the T-Mobile brand all I would have to do is put my SIM card in and my data would transfer I would be able to use the phone. So I bought the phone outright for full price. When I put my SIM card in it didn't work. I went back to the store on Fremont Pike and they told me there was no way that the process I was instructed to do so I could get my service before or heard about. I just wanted to get a new phone, I asked the right questions multiple times when I bought it, I double checked I did everything I was supposed to do and got nothing but grief for it. The cherry on top was even after they knew everything that happened they still wanted to charge me a restocking fee. I was unable to get my refund because I did not have my wife's debit card on me and they couldn't just transfer the money back to the account even though I had every single thing necessary to make a return. The whole situation was horrible. I'm super disappointed!
