The people here make the difference!! Great place for answering questions and finding solutions for issues with AT&T!! I was told by a customer representative at the AT&T's own "611 help line" that there was no way they could help me find the numbers necessary to "black list" my stolen iPhone, even though I had paid for AT&Ts service on that iPhone for years. So, I checked with the service reps in this store and they were immediately and pleasantly ready to help. Andrew and Ray spent the time and energy necessary to retrieve the necessary information to prevent thieves from using the stolen cell phone, even though I had not bought the replacement iPhone from this store. The store is clean, handicap accessible, & well lighted. It is conveniently located in Levi's Commons, a lovely small boutique shopping area. There is plenty of street parking. There are lots of cute stores and a few restaurants in the shopping complex. read more

I stopped in this store after visiting another ATT store. My hope was to move my plan over from Verizon. I had already priced both options and determined the coverage was just as good as Verizon for me and my kids who are off at college. Everything was set in my mind to make the switch..... that was until the sales guy said the phones weren't compatible and i would need to buy all new phones. I wasn't in the mood to discuss anything with him, I just politely told him that he was full of it and left. That was going to be a $3,000 hit for all new phones. Like i said, I had already been to be another ATT store and they told me everything was good to go. I have since gone back to the original ATT store and made the switch. What I have found out is that the corporate stores all try to sell you new phones to make commission. The independent stores, at least the one I went to are salaried and don't make commission. read more

I had gone to another store in the area and called tech support to try and get to the bottom of an issue I was having, but had no luck so I decided to try here. When entering this location I was immediately greeted and seated to be helped. The employee thoroughly looked through all the possibilities and was able to help me get to the bottom of the issue when no one else could seem to and made sure to explain to me what was going on. They could never find the business promotion credit. Paid my bill for two months. Long enough for credits to be processed. They turned me over to a collection agency. No manager ever responded to my review. Very unprofessional. read more

The salesperson named Ben is the worst of the worst. I have been having issues with cell service and LTE connection. I completed every step to try to fix the problem and I even went and bought a brand new phone and still had issues. I went into the store to get a new SIM card as the at&t customer service rep advised me to do. Ben came to help me! He started off by taking my phone from me and proceeded to search through my call log and individual text messages. Without my permission I might add to see if I had any kind of service. He found a few texts and calls that had gone through. I demanded my phone back and asked him to not read through my personal text messages. Ben then called me a lair and told me I have service and that "all" my calls and texts were going through he even called his own phone from mine and it seemed to work. Please let me say that I DID NOT ask him for any tech support or for him to figure out the problem! I simply asked for a new SIM card. So I asked for a new SIM card that is FREE and he refused to help me because his tablet said I was not an authorized user on the account. Simple fix I called my husband to have him call and add me on the account again. We all know how customer service can be a pain so it took a few minutes to get through and get me added. Ben then proceeded to call my husband and I stupid because it shouldn't take this long to get me added to the account. Ben also made sure to tell me that he has worked for AT&T for eight years and he has never seen such stupidity! Ben also claimed he was the manager of the store and I couldn't speak to anyone else when I asked to do so! Ben then claimed I was being hostile when I spoke up to defend myself and asked if he treated all customers the way he was treating me or if it was because I was a woman. I proceeded to say "what in the hell kind of AT&T customer service is this" Ben told me if I was going to use "choice language" against "HIS" company I would have to leave the store! He treated me like I was less than human and like I am ignorant because I am a WOMAN. I advise all women to avoid using this store! I am a very educated individual that just happens to be a woman so once again I was treated like garbage because of that fact! By the way my husband called the store and Ben is NOT the manager after all! Sorry for the rant but I just wanted to warn others about Ben from the AT&T store at levis commons in perrysburg ohio! read more
