We were also looking for gifts for my daughter and daughters-in-law which would have been up to $300 more in purchases.. The preschooler said she had to use the restroom. I was told that you do not have a public restroom. Your employee directed me to a nearby store to use their restroom, a store where I had no intention of spending money. I realize you may exert any policy you want to in a private business. But I am offended by a store that sells children's gifts but treats them poorly. I will not shop in your store again and I will make sure my friends in Perrysburg know about your treatment of us. By the way, I will shop in Fiddlestix in Sylvania. Quite a few years ago I was shopping there with another young grandchild when he needed to use the restroom. The kind employee said that they did not have a public restroom but, of course, a little child could use their private restroom.

It had apparently slipped off my nose and was covering only my mouth. I wasn't greeted with, "Is there something I could help you with?" I would think places like this would be grateful that someone was walking into their store to make a purchase. Instead, they watch from at least 20 feet away to see if customers walking through their doors are "properly" wearing masks. My friend and I immediately left and went to Angel 101 where we wore our masks and gladly spent $200! Now that's a cute shop, and the workers there are beyond friendly and inviting!!! After reading other reviews it seems as if "rude" is a common word that is used to describe Taste of Toledo. I guess you need to enter at your own risk....

The owner of Stellar Blooms called back about 2 hours later and offered to send her driver to my house. I advised her that I had already ordered a new one from Hafner's and paid for it over the phone. When talking to the Stellar Blooms owner I asked if she would refund my money and she said no. She said she was "sorry the young lady has such a petite wrist." I won't be going back. I expected higher quality from a place located in Mayberry Square.

All the sections (boots, athletics, heels, etc.) were very small, and I'm doubtful they had a wide range of sizes for the shoes they did have. It was not exactly a welcoming environment. Granted, when I came in I was the only customer, so that may have factored into it. I was greeted when I came in, but afterwards, the employees just talked to each other. That's totally fine, but I felt a little awkward being there. I felt like an intruder in their conversation. I think they're used to it being kind of slow.
