My complaint is regarding Ross's policy of not allowing shopping carts out of the store. This means I am limited to buying small items that can be carried out of the store while still having both hands free to use my walker. This is a terrible way to treat handicapped customers. I couldn't possibly run away with a shopping cart even if I wanted to. I will drive a little farther and take my business back to TJ Maxx. They know how to treat their handicapped customers.

For reference, the fast-food restaurant selections included S'Barro Italian, a Chick Fil-A, various burger spots, a Chinese and Thai restaurant- among others. Prices appeared typical. People were standing in line to place their orders (kind of self-serve with assistance) and could then choose to dine in the seating area or take it out of the mall.
