There were two associates 1male/1female w/ 2 costumers. The store was not busy and empty. I wandered around the store looking for a sign in to be seen and looked for help to NEVER GET welcomed or 'we will be with you in a few minutes'. After about 15 minutes of sitting at a table to be completely ignored, I left... I went down to Verizon and the gave me QUALITY COSTUMER SERVICE. What one store told me they couldn't help me with, he said let me think of the best way to go about this and took great care of me. My IPhone 6 battery was dying, and I suspected that the charging port was bad too. I explained what was going on, and consented to have the battery and port replaced if that's what it took to fix it. When I returned for my phone a half hour later, he told me that the battery was bad, which I already knew, but the port was okay with a minor adjustment to a contact wire and cleaning. He could have charged me for changing the port, but he didn't. He was honest, and I would never go anywhere else from here on forward.

I love the family business concept but the people they have working for them right now are there just to cash in vs what it used to be about-customer service ‍

But lately it is running down to the rate of 12 to16 Mbps download and 32 down to 4 Mbps upload. It is possibly just a weekend thing where everyone is home, but it is still just not very good. Try calling or emailing, you might get a response next week, you will not during the weekend. It appears they are overloaded on what they can handle....
