We have been trying to get our business account started that took us 14 days to get done. They stayed after hours last night when they cut off our phone service off. They have never lived up to the offer they made of 100 Mbps, but it had been enough that I could…read morelive with it usually running somewhere between 50 to 70 Mbps. But lately it is running down to the rate of 12 to16 Mbps download and 32 down to 4 Mbps upload. It is possibly just a weekend thing where everyone is home, but it is still just not very good. Try calling or emailing, you might get a response next week, you will not during the weekend. It appears they are overloaded on what they can handle....
