They have never lived up to the offer they made of 100 Mbps, but it had been enough that I could…read morelive with it usually running somewhere between 50 to 70 Mbps. But lately it is running down to the rate of 12 to16 Mbps download and 32 down to 4 Mbps upload. It is possibly just a weekend thing where everyone is home, but it is still just not very good. Try calling or emailing, you might get a response next week, you will not during the weekend. It appears they are overloaded on what they can handle....
