    This store is the worst. Customer service is slow and they don't know the products. The checkout hand held devices didn't work properly.

    If you want to wait forever, this guy is for you! He works during the day, somewhere else. So IF…read morehe comes to your house it will have to be at night. But, with me he promised to come and fix my receiver, but never called or came by. When I called him after the weekend, he said he forgot! But, it get better, the women at the shop, said he called but no answered. My phone will tell me when I missed a called, but if course he never called. I hate lyers. Do not waste your time like I did.

    I've used these folks twice now, the first about 10 years ago when I first signed up with Dish and…read morethe latest when I upgraded to the Hopper about 5 weeks ago. Both were a disappointment involving multiple trips to get the job done The latest job is still ongoing. Their tech came out to swap the equipment out to upgrade to the hopper and was here for 7 hours even though I was told it would only take a couple of hours. That would have still been okay if every thing worked fine after he left. After about five hours I had to leave to go back to work and when I returned I tried out the new system and the Hopper remote would not work. I called A Cut Above(ACA) and the next day the tech came out but he brought the wrong remote and said he he would be back the following day with the right one. I didn't hear from anyone after that so I called ACA several times over the next several weeks with no luck getting the issue resolved; in the meantime I discovered that the tech did not hook up the hopper to my wireless modem as he was supposed to so I also called ACA about that and was told someone would be out the next day to hook the hopper up to my wireless internet and that they had mailed me my new remote. It is now 10 days after that conversation and neither has happened. I am a patient person but I finally became angry with ACA and was told that it was their contractors fault not theirs. I'm a home builder and remodeler who uses a lot of sub contractors and I can't imagine using that lame excuse with one of my customers. I asked for the owner to call but have heard nothing which speaks volumes. If your'e in business you need to take ownership of your problems; something that ACA knows nothing about. I am now dealing directly with dish.
