I had asked about a veteran discount to try and get the higher than expected price down a bit. He said he had already given me a discount, so he couldn't do that as well. Wasn't sure what the discount was, but if they do have a veterans discount it's probably better than the ~6% savings from the one he gave me. Work quality (as far as I can tell) was good, but price is extremely high considering the time and parts required. Won't be my first choice next time we have an issue.

After the sixth phone call , he called my husband. back. The ladies in the office were always polite, however. The installer Chris then quits with our $10,000 check in his truck.. No hot water all this time. Then, after a week of calling , the manager begrudgingly sends two apprentices? who install a very precarious Dr.Suess apparatus to route gas line away from vent ..The apprentices /young men installed while mostly on the phone with Dr. Suess?..Meanwhile, stating "We are not sure if we will have to charge you" After we moved the dryer vent (we paid our contractor because we no longer had faith that this company would do it properly)it was reinstalled in an acceptable manner. I waited to review because this company gave the vibes that they would retaliate by some bogus charges . C. Woods technician also set out water heater on continuous VS demand which continually heats the water instead of when on demand-which depletes your gas much faster. There was no conversation about this. I found this company reckless and indifferent to this project , probaly because we are not in an affluent neighborhood and I believe they have some corporate accounts. Luckily, I was able to find the names and emails of the general managers of this company in case they try to send a delayed bill. Just like many established companies, poor attitude/work ethic will eventually run this company into the ground. I will try to post a picture of the original job.

August 20, the year of our lord 2022- The nightmare begins. I called Justin to come fix a plumbing issue with my trailer house I was in the process of trying to sell. He was polite and said he'd go by and have a look on Tues the 23rd. Aug 23rd- I asked him if he had a chance to go by and he told me he hadn't but he'd head that way shortly. Aug 24th- I asked if he had taken a look yet. He said he hadn't went yesterday and would go now. I again told him of what I needed done. Aug 25th- I messaged him and asked if he had found the issue. No response, so I called and couldn't leave a message bc his voicemail was full. Aug 26th- I asked if he had fixed it and if I owed him any money. He finally responded that he hadn't and reminded me that he had other jobs ahead of mine. I reminded him that I was just trying to get my house sold and I needed it done before the 2nd as that was the closing date. He ASSURED me he would have it done before then (spoiler, he in fact does not). Aug 30th- I ask him if he is working on it today and remind him I have to have the receipt and proof of completion to sell my home by the 2nd. He says he is going over there that afternoon. I request a guesstimate and he tells me he'll send me an invoice the next morning. Aug 31- Receive receipt for services and he advises me that everything is good except for a flapper in the master bath which he had to order because they didn't have one anywhere. When I tell him I'm calling someone else because I needed it fixed to sell and that I'll only pay him for work completed, he assures me everything is fixed except the flapper, and it'll be in Friday. I want to believe him I really do, otherwise he has just wasted nearly 2 weeks of my time. And possibly ruined the sell of my house. I APOLOGISE to HIM, because I feel I have been bothering HIM. Sept 2- At this point the sale has been pushed back a week because they can't confirm the water pressure is fixed. I message the greasy git and ask if he has received this fictional flapper he couldn't find at literally any hardware store anywhere. He claims he got it but he's out of town for the weekend and he promises to install it first thing Monday morning. I apologize to him AGAIN because I feel like maybe I did something wrong by trying to get him to finish the job I have already paid him to do. I mean I can be a hysterical female after all (read entire rant). Sep 5th- Labor day, a holiday made for people who work. I don't know why Justin Morris feels like he can laze about and eat bbq on a day that he shouldn't be included in. He apparently forgot it was a holiday and promised to get it done the next day. (Do you see a pattern? #liarsgonnalie) Sep 6th 0549- Bright and early he shoots me a txt saying we are good to go. I thank him (this will be the last time I thank him). Sep 6th 0625- I message my realtor and let him know the repairs are done and the buyers agent can come verify repairs. Sept 6th 0900- Receive call from my realtor telling me the agent had gone out, turned the water on and immediately noticed a leak at the pipe and other leaks in the house. I am beyond furious at this point but I message Justin to see if he had checked to see if everything was fine when he went out that AM. He responds that he didn't know about leaks and he could return later that afternoon. I am pleased to tell him I have secured other plumbing services and to not bother. I wish I had done this from the first time he blew me off.
