I had asked about a veteran discount to try and get the higher than expected price down a bit. He said he had already given me a discount, so he couldn't do that as well. Wasn't sure what the discount was, but if they do have a veterans discount it's probably better than the ~6% savings from the one he gave me. Work quality (as far as I can tell) was good, but price is extremely high considering the time and parts required. Won't be my first choice next time we have an issue.

I waited to review because this company gave the vibes that they would retaliate by some bogus charges . C. Woods technician also set out water heater on continuous VS demand which continually heats the water instead of when on demand-which depletes your gas much faster. There was no conversation about this. I found this company reckless and indifferent to this project , probaly because we are not in an affluent neighborhood and I believe they have some corporate accounts. Luckily, I was able to find the names and emails of the general managers of this company in case they try to send a delayed bill. Needed to repair a broken toilet flange and wax ring as it was loose and leaking. Larry bolted the…read moreflange to the concrete and reset the toilet. A month later the toilet is leaking again and now he tells me the main sewer line is blocked and he needs to run a camara down to see where it is, that's an extra $350. He says the toilet is leaking because the is blocked and other water sources created a lot of pressure in the line and caused it to back up under the toilet. I don't buy that theory, and if that was the case the wax ring would now be compromised from that pressure and need to be replaced. However Larry does not want a free call back for the problem so he has become non-responsive and will not come back to fix the problem.
