Highly Recommended!…read more This one is early (4th time) but I have no doubt I'll have the same superior service I've had the past 3 times! I called yesterday (Saturday) and explained my situation and got an appointment for Monday. This company and its name is a perfect fit! Thank you again, Curtis, guys and the entire A-Solution Plumbing for your excellent service as well as the respect and kindness you give your customers. This is the 3rd time I've used A-Solution Plumbing. I recently had the pleasure of working with them again today after my first time many years ago when they replaced pipes in my backyard and I still couldn't be more impressed by their service. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, their customer service was friendly and efficient. They quickly assessed my plumbing issue over the phone and sent technicians the next day. The technicians, Martin and Brandon arrived on time, were very professional, and took the time to explain the problem clearly. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home, ensuring everything was cleaned up afterward. The pricing was transparent and fair, with no hidden fees. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail and commitment to making sure the job was done right. I've had issues with other plumbing companies in the past, but this experience was a game-changer. If you're looking for reliable, trustworthy, and professional plumbing services, I highly recommend A-Solution Plumbing! Forever customer, Tamara Kincy

Called my job and complain to my boss as if this had something to do with my job trying to get me in trouble with my job! That's the kind of people c. woods are do horrible service then when you put a review if they can find a way to get back at you for your review they will! Still never heard from Chad after he called my boss and tried to get me in trouble for my own personal review that had nothing to do with my job! ORIGINAL REVIEW Isaac Parks One of only two electricians! Rude confrontational tries to do the bare minimum and leave without fully diagnosing the system and gets mad at you when you call him on it because you have electrical experience yourself and caught him doing the shady stuff! Refused to even let me see the bill said he would email it! Don't care about whether or not their employees do good work or if they're rude or inconsiderate a confrontational........they just plain don't care! That's the response you get is we'll get to you when we get to you!

Needed to repair a broken toilet flange and wax ring as it was loose and leaking. Larry bolted the…read moreflange to the concrete and reset the toilet. A month later the toilet is leaking again and now he tells me the main sewer line is blocked and he needs to run a camara down to see where it is, that's an extra $350. He says the toilet is leaking because the is blocked and other water sources created a lot of pressure in the line and caused it to back up under the toilet. I don't buy that theory, and if that was the case the wax ring would now be compromised from that pressure and need to be replaced. However Larry does not want a free call back for the problem so he has become non-responsive and will not come back to fix the problem.
