Highly Recommended!…read more This one is early (4th time) but I have no doubt I'll have the same superior service I've had the past 3 times! I called yesterday (Saturday) and explained my situation and got an appointment for Monday. This company and its name is a perfect fit! Thank you again, Curtis, guys and the entire A-Solution Plumbing for your excellent service as well as the respect and kindness you give your customers. This is the 3rd time I've used A-Solution Plumbing. I recently had the pleasure of working with them again today after my first time many years ago when they replaced pipes in my backyard and I still couldn't be more impressed by their service. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, their customer service was friendly and efficient. They quickly assessed my plumbing issue over the phone and sent technicians the next day. The technicians, Martin and Brandon arrived on time, were very professional, and took the time to explain the problem clearly. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home, ensuring everything was cleaned up afterward. The pricing was transparent and fair, with no hidden fees. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail and commitment to making sure the job was done right. I've had issues with other plumbing companies in the past, but this experience was a game-changer. If you're looking for reliable, trustworthy, and professional plumbing services, I highly recommend A-Solution Plumbing! Forever customer, Tamara Kincy

I had asked about a veteran discount to try and get the higher than expected price down a bit. He said he had already given me a discount, so he couldn't do that as well. Wasn't sure what the discount was, but if they do have a veterans discount it's probably better than the ~6% savings from the one he gave me. Work quality (as far as I can tell) was good, but price is extremely high considering the time and parts required. Won't be my first choice next time we have an issue.

After the sixth phone call , he called my husband. back. The ladies in the office were always polite, however. The installer Chris then quits with our $10,000 check in his truck.. No hot water all this time. Then, after a week of calling , the manager begrudgingly sends two apprentices? who install a very precarious Dr.Suess apparatus to route gas line away from vent ..The apprentices /young men installed while mostly on the phone with Dr. Suess?..Meanwhile, stating "We are not sure if we will have to charge you" After we moved the dryer vent (we paid our contractor because we no longer had faith that this company would do it properly)it was reinstalled in an acceptable manner. I waited to review because this company gave the vibes that they would retaliate by some bogus charges . C. Woods technician also set out water heater on continuous VS demand which continually heats the water instead of when on demand-which depletes your gas much faster. There was no conversation about this. I found this company reckless and indifferent to this project , probaly because we are not in an affluent neighborhood and I believe they have some corporate accounts. Luckily, I was able to find the names and emails of the general managers of this company in case they try to send a delayed bill. Just like many established companies, poor attitude/work ethic will eventually run this company into the ground. I will try to post a picture of the original job.

Day 4: Almost 2 weeks later installed. Communication with staff was unpleasant.  Woman at the front refused to give me the guy's last name, said only John,  I talked to on the phone.  He was rude and short.  I asked her name and she said "Clara," when I asked her last name she replied "you don't need to know that."   In between times I was told one time and they came another.  Also, they over scheduled me, then the next day called and said they were coming to install.  Last time they did end up installing it and did it pretty fast.  It is sad, I was wishing they were a solid company to refer.  I think what made it rough, more than not having a water heater for a while, was the poor customer service.  Very very rude to customers. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Highly disappointed with the lack of P.R. skills.

November 2022 and again in November 2023 for the same problem. A toilet that wouldn't drain. The tech was ill prepared and didn't have the equipment needed to correct the problem. Each time he tried something, he stated he needed one tool or another but didn't have them in his possession. He snaked the drain line but as soon as he contacted the blockage he would stop. He contacted AHS to get authorization to run a camera and they authorized up to $385. He located the clog and said it looked like construction debris which he then told the warranty company who then said that to fix it wasn't covered. The warranty covers installation failures. Either way, the tech left advising that we would need to schedule hydro-jetting. The following morning I went under and cut the pipe. Out comes the pipe contents into a bucket (just TP). Put the pipe back together and was done in roughly 10 minutes. The tech spent a good hour not fixing the problem that he could have remedied with the proper tools and or the desire to actually make a difference. Knowing that this company and the home warranty company are two different entities, Lake Water Plumbing is the company that consumers have to depend on when needed and that just didn't happen. I paid a $100 service charge, AHS paid what ever they pay to them for the service call, and up to $385 for camera. That's a lot of money for nothing especially when the following morning, $6 for a coupler, 10 minutes, and a Sawzall fixed the problem. I also corrected a sag in the pipe which was visible on the camera (pipe section full of water). Ultimately, Lake Water, you should approach a job with a desire to actually fix it in the most efficient and practical way possible. But hey, it's your business.
