Called a different plumbing company and they found that their were no plumbing vents for the gas to exit the house and some of the pvc was not glue together. On the two jobs: the first was a new dishwasher install which Home Depot delivery refused after noticing a small custom base board configuration in our kitchen. Joey actually went to the trouble to move the old dishwasher first and immediately recognized that the project was much easier than the lazy Home Depot kids had assumed it to be. The other issue was a we discovered leaking into our downstairs basement room from a broken drain seal. Joey and his coworker Danny resealed the drain and replaced the leaky old trap below. I requested a plumber around 8 pm on a Thursday night. Because they advertise that they offer 24…read morehour service I figured they may be able to help me that night. The plumber arrived at 11 am on Friday, attempted to clear my drain for 2-3 minutes then told me he didn't have the correct drain cleaner and would need to come back tomorrow with the correct one, and it was going to cost $600. Several issues I found with this: 1) if you advertise 24 hour service, you should offer 24 hour service. 2) when you send a plumber to do a job, they should have the correct tools to do the job they came to do. He also had to borrow my extension cord because he didn't have one. 3) the cost is extremely high, the only reason I let him try to work on it was that I NEEDED to get my wife and one week old baby back in the house. By the way, they still charged me the $89 service fee for coming out. I understand the fee but if you aren't equipped to do the job, you shouldn't come out and expect people to pay that. Unfortunately, I would not recommend using this company.
