Called for a diagnosis, tech came out and said there was only 1 code the water pump and that's all it would be. Once they came out and replaced the pump for $400 with labor, they then told me there were four other codes, with four other parts that needed to be replaced. I wasted $400 on a tech placing a part in my washer when I could've used that 400 towards a new washer. When I talked to the owner and his wife, they said they could not help me and that $400 was at my expense, even though their tech misdiagnosed my washer. They were not very open and honest and didn't wanna work with me after the part was replaced and then they proceeded to tell me it would be cheaper to get a new washer, then fix the rest of the parts that were wrong with it would not recommend not very friendly and did not want to work with me when it was their technician's fault to wrongfully diagnosed my washer from the start. I would not have proceeded with repair if the tech would have been properly trained to diagnose my machine. Not to mention after leaving this review they called me, went back on their word and declined to return my washer. Pretty petty all around.
