They get 5 stars in my book. I did meet the manager and he asked me if there was anything that he could do for me, so I shared with him how in the service department on the counter, the screens that we sign and use for payment were so dirty( like with people having sneezed on them or something it was so gross) so I attached a video. I did tell him I would appreciate if they would clean those and yesterday he told me he would make sure it would be done and he appreciated my feedback. I came back today and there was one manager and she was doing everything and she had to go back there and tell the guys to come help her! I think is so sad that her staff weren't wanting to work and she had to encourage them to come out and give her support. The guy I had helping me was not professional yesterday nor today and really could use some more training on professionalism and his presentation of himself and Customer Service.
