After briefing him about what was going on he advised me that he would be glad to assist me. He then asked if about an hour and a half to get to my location would work for me, which I readily agreed. I had been dealing with the water drain being completely blocked and it had been spilling over inside the enclosure onto my carpet and floor all weekend. Rudy, who is a very polite and courteous man, arrived and immediately began to diagnose and work on the problem. My HVAC unit is only 1 1/2 years old but the installer hadn't done a proper job with the drain system. The drain system had to be completely removed and rebuilt. I later had to call an Associate he took care of the approval issue promptly. Total cost was around $1200.00. I had lost my electric provider a couple years ago so I called Henderson and paid around $ 250.00 to get another permit approved for service. City permits called and said I can't have this meter rack on my property. So now I have this rack that they say I can't have so I'm wondering why a company would sale this to Meter Rack to me that I can use???. What I'm im supposed to do with this Rack now?
