Prompt, dependable and reasonable service! I called Rudy…read moreafter he was recommended to me in reference to a serious issue with my inside central air-conditioner. After briefing him about what was going on he advised me that he would be glad to assist me. He then asked if about an hour and a half to get to my location would work for me, which I readily agreed. I had been dealing with the water drain being completely blocked and it had been spilling over inside the enclosure onto my carpet and floor all weekend. Rudy, who is a very polite and courteous man, arrived and immediately began to diagnose and work on the problem. My HVAC unit is only 1 1/2 years old but the installer hadn't done a proper job with the drain system. The drain system had to be completely removed and rebuilt. All of this was done in a timely manner. I couldn't be more pleased with Rudy and his professionalism!

When they arrived they did a leak test and found that our leak was from our well line to our house. That took 10 minutes. Robert grabbed a shovel, then about 3 shovels full found the leak. They worked in the mud, fixed the leak and solved our problem. The price was very reasonable for the travel and time used to fix it. I highly recommend Carrols plumbing for all your plumbing needs.
