There were two associates 1male/1female w/ 2 costumers. The store was not busy and empty. I wandered around the store looking for a sign in to be seen and looked for help to NEVER GET welcomed or 'we will be with you in a few minutes'. After about 15 minutes of sitting at a table to be completely ignored, I left... I went down to Verizon and the gave me QUALITY COSTUMER SERVICE. He was ready to help me with all my questions about things I didn't understand and solved all the issues I was having. What one store told me they couldn't help me with, he said let me think of the best way to go about this and took great care of me. He showed me all the different selections and ways we could go about things. His manager was also an amazing person. She also truly cares about her customers as well. If your needing help with a device or plans go see them you won't be disappointed.

I noticed the issue before the order shipped and called the store, they assured me that it was the correct phone and line and they weren't sure why it was showing something different. When I got the phone, and realized it was incorrect, I called the store and let them know, they will retrain the person that ordered it for me. That is absolutely no help to me right now. I'm handling the correction on my own, online. I should have done that to begin with.

My computer was on the fritz, so we took it to this business for repair. His prices were extremely…read morereasonable, and the work performed in a timely manner. My IPhone 6 battery was dying, and I suspected that the charging port was bad too. I explained what was going on, and consented to have the battery and port replaced if that's what it took to fix it. When I returned for my phone a half hour later, he told me that the battery was bad, which I already knew, but the port was okay with a minor adjustment to a contact wire and cleaning. He could have charged me for changing the port, but he didn't. He was honest, and I would never go anywhere else from here on forward.

I went to fix my iphone before my twins were born and I was impressed by attention and service that…read moreI had recieved...that was in 2019; I went to fix my screen and charger port on my gen 5 iPad a month ago and they said that my motherboard was fried...I challenged it and it was not fried so they "fixed the screen" and put a protective layer on it for free....I removed my protective layer screen because it looked like dust particles were trapped underneath it but they were not!...they are trapped underneath of the newly installed screen. I love the family business concept but the people they have working for them right now are there just to cash in vs what it used to be about-customer service ‍

But lately it is running down to the rate of 12 to16 Mbps download and 32 down to 4 Mbps upload. It is possibly just a weekend thing where everyone is home, but it is still just not very good. Try calling or emailing, you might get a response next week, you will not during the weekend. It appears they are overloaded on what they can handle....
