So after 23 years we decide to try another provider to see if we get better service. In an emergency, if internet goes down (wi-fi calling only here) then we have no contact with the world. So T-mobile was very nice on the phone when cancelling. They told me the final bill would not be pro-rated, which sucks, but okay. Today I get the bill and they charged me $75 for the same bill I have been paying $50. I can only assume they pulled all promo rates and billed at the max, but still can't figure out how they got a $60 plan to $75. There was a good chance we would have gone back to T-Mobile after our trial with another carrier. That ship has now sailed. I know this has not been the old T-Mobile for years, that had great, in-country support and took care of any issues. Those days were gone and now so are we PERMANENTLY!

However, T-Mobile only cancelled my main cell phone number and continued billing me for two additional lines, even though I am already paying for those same services through Spectrum. I spent three hours on the phone yesterday trying to resolve this issue. I was told that I should have cancelled each line separately, even though I specifically asked the representative on 08/07/2025 to cancel all lines. At that time, I also paid the balance owed on my iPod line. Despite this, I was informed yesterday that the two remaining lines are still active and will only be cancelled at the end of the current billing period, which is why T-Mobile continues to charge me. This situation has caused unnecessary frustration and financial burden. I am requesting that T-Mobile immediately cancel the remaining lines and stop billing me for services I did not authorize. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Orlando, Florida, and encouraging friends and family to reconsider their service with T-Mobile.

She doesn't event try to help only talk and talk. I asked for the recorded to be sent to my email and her answer it was go to the office and asked for..... that was the answer of that person. How that person is a supervisor when her customer service is the worse. Remember asked for another person to be really help.

I immediately hopped online to see what my replacement options were. I was able to find a phone that was available for in-store pick up. The problem seemed to be that it takes 2 hours to process and it was already by now 6:30 (I know, I know, it took an hour for me to make up my mind). To be safe, I called the store to see if I ordered online for in-store pickup I could get my new phone that night. I spoke to a team member, Shawna I believe, and she said if it showed they had the phone I would be able to get it even though it was getting to be 7pm. She took my name so when I came in she would have it ready. I ordered the phone and about 20 minutes later walked into the store. I told one of the associates I was there to pick up the phone. Shawna came over and confirmed my name and said she had my phone. She went to the back, handed me my phone and said I was all set. She even took time to go over my new payment plan and costs so I understood the breakdown. I needed a replacement fast and Verizon came through. I had a great experience getting my new phone in a convenient timeframe for me. It was much appreciated!

First upon arrival the place is very sketchy looking with nothing on the door but a hung up banner that was half falling down. When I walked in, I thought there was no employee but as I approached the counter I realized that the employee was dead asleep in the chair. This was in the middle of the day. I wasn't sure if I should try waking him up, so I walked back out and back in to trigger the sound of the door alarm. They don't take any form of card payment, only cash app, Zelle, or cash (definitely not suspicious at all). I didn't get a receipt and I had to ask the employee if he needed my information so that he could call me when it was ready. He seemed flustered and said it was his first day. I'm assuming the fact he just woke up didn't help. I called the owner about two hours in to ask for an update and he said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When he got to the store it was in fact not ready and took an additional 20 minutes. When I got the tablet back, the screen was "fixed" but the iPad did not work when trying to touch it. We brought it back in for the employee to say it was a "defective part". We had to wait an additional three hours for it to be corrected. I will say the owner was responsive via phone calls and yelp but that is the only positive I found. The price point is low, but there are competitors in the area that charge similar rates, I would recommend looking into those.
