Absolutely incredible service we came to the Hampton Township New Jersey store and met with Omar who was unbelievable and phenomenal very fast very efficient and super knowledgeable. We upgraded from our iPhone Pro Max 14 to the iPhone Pro Max 17 and in the process, Omar convinced us to purchase the AT&T Wi-Fi and it was just amazingly easy to set up and we have three TVs that we had on optimum service, which we just canceled and after I installed AT&T network from the router I was able to set up all three TVs and then we purchased YouTube TV and we will be saving $120 a month several years ago we were shopping at Costco and there was an AT&T kiosk and we went and basically switched from Verizon to AT&T and have not looked back and have enjoyed the 5G service from AT&T plus we're saving over $120 a month with AT&T stop by the Hampton New Jersey store which is right next to Jersey Mike's and talk to Omar he is amazing read more

We had a terrible experience with AT&T Business Wireless. Our seven business lines were incorrectly billed as individual accounts, leading to inflated charges and months of confusion. Despite spending over 18 hours on the phone and opening multiple support cases, the issue was never resolved. AT&T even acknowledged their billing errors, yet still sent our account to collections while the dispute was active. To make matters worse, they had our contact information wrong, so critical communications were misdirected. We reached out to their Office of the President hoping for help, but are still waiting for a resolution. This experience has been frustrating and costly. We do not recommend AT&T for business services. read more

We walked into the store on Mother's Day to upgrade our phone to iPhone 14 pro. Brandon was extremely professional and thorough. He revised our bill and provided recommendations for added services which honestly reduced our bill by $50 per month. Now that's a treat!!!!! We walked out with two new iphone 14 pro, along with cases, screen protector and few other reduced price accessories (best Mother's Day gift ever). Extremely pleased with our service. I can't recommend this store and Brandon enough. I came in to upgrade my phone because it was impossible to do online or over the phone. Brandon took care of us in about 30 minutes, where I had spent hours online and with reps over the phone. The store is clean, in a great location, and then its greatest feature would be Brandon's expertise and incredible customer service. I had a horrible experience at this store. After searching around for a better deal than our old provider we decided to try AT&T. We knew that in that in the past it was known that their service was not that great in the area. We figured this would have been fixed with current technology. So we go to the store and the staff were friendly. When we asked about the service we were assured there would be no problems. The manager even went to the extreme that he told us AT&T owned all the towers in Sussex County. Everyone else rented from them. So our service would have no interruptions. Well that was on Saturday. On Monday when my daughter went to school she had no service. When my wife went to work she had hardly any service. We were obviously lied to. The service was no where near as good as our previous provider. Needless to say by Tuesday we were back with our old provider. I can put up with service not being 100% but it is another thing being lied to. To top everything off. When we arrived at the store at 5:45 PM the lights were out like they were closed. The door was open so I went in and asked if they lost power. They said no , get this, they were closing early for Halloween. Three grown men were closing a major phone provider two hours early for Halloween. Too much read more

I idea what they are doing and will lie to you to make a quick sale. They lied me into getting addition equipment for a promotion that I didn't need saying that it was the only way to get the "deal". I made an appointment online with customer service for AT&T. I was told in order to purchase the new iPhone 13 pro I would have to go to an AT&T store. When I walked into the Newton NJ location I felt like I was in the Sahara Desert. There was no air conditioner in the store except for a broken portable one that was set up in the middle of the room. It wasn't turned on. All the doors were open and it was so hot in there I started sweating. There was only one employee working there. I told him I had an appointment and he said he didn't know anything about it. He continued trying to help another customer but he didn't seem like he knew what he was doing at all. I asked him about the service I would need and how I would get the new iPhone with my trade in. He didn't seem knowledgeable at all. By the time I finally decided to leave the store after 20 minutes of sitting there sweating, there was a line of 4 other people there waiting as well. I'm only giving this one star because I don't know if it's the employees fault or the owner of the store. This place was completely unprofessional. I shouldn't walk into an AT&T store and feel like I need a shower afterwards and then walk out without even being helped at all, especially since I made an appointment last week so I wouldn't have to wait long. The associate who sold my husband a phone FLAT OUT LIED to get the sale and now we have to fight with corporate to try and resolve this issue! My cell phone bill is now insane because of the guys LIES and they won't do anything as of now corporate isnt helping either! I sent my daughter here wanted to get here a new phone for her birthday I paid 700 for the new phone they said she was getting two free I watches they lied lied and lied more she is a first responeder at Newton hospital they told her that she would get a discount her bill would be 35.00 a month lied lied again her bill is higher then she ever paid first bill came in it was 259.00 second bill 274 we call they added all kinds of data insurance plans never put in for first responder discount she was there in this store for two hours Brandon was new the other woman there helped him rip her off she turned in her old phone was told she would get 300.00 for it never did now they say they she will get 8.33 off her bill for 36 months to pay the 300 for the old phone that's not what was said to her All I can say is don't go here I run a local business myself here in the town of Newton been here for 17 years why because we don't take advantage of our customers it's the word of mouth that keep's me here in the store I will make sure to tell my customer not to go into this store wish I didn't have to even give them 1 star ... I try to always buy from local businesses, this time a made a big mistake I was told the phone I wanted to purchase was on the truck and would be in store in a few hours I waited for over 3 hours only to find it was not available Then the bait and switch started. An item was purchased at the store for Christmas 2018. It did not function in the manner it was described at the store. Returned it within 14 days without a receipt and was told the manager had to be there to issue credit. So went back on the 15th day and was then told I could not return it or get a credit. Fortunately my credit card statement showed the charge. I dealt with the supervisor and he said he issued a credit and I would have it in three days. One week later still no refund. Highly advise you not to shop at the store. read more

I needed a SIM card for a used S4 for that I bought my young child. I called AT&T directly and was told that I can go to any AT&T store/ authorized retailor and the charge should be no more then $5; I went to the store today (the customer service lady was great and answered all my questions)- my problem it that this store wants $15.99 for a replacement SIM card. AT&T told me when I called them back that this is not what they should be charging customers. I know from previous experience at this exact store that they really don't want to allow you to utilize any discounts that you maybe entitled to through your employer. When I complained directly to that store manager, he only then applied my discount after stating I was going to file a complaint with corporate. Think twice before you buy equipment from this store. They are NOT an official AT&T store. The sales person told me I had 30 days to return the wireless device I purchased and that I could return it to any AT&T store. Then, he would not take the equpment back (even though I was within the 30-day warranty period). When I tried to return the equipment to an AT&T store, they would not take it either (they said they will only accept return items purchased from an "official" AT&T store). I was also informed by the folks in the "official AT&T store" that the wireless device that I was sold was a model that they hadn't seen in 2 1/2 years. Need I say more? read more
