If i can put 0 stars i would, i switch from Verizon to at&t this past August and let me tell you MARIA was telling me some amazing deals, promotions and hundreds of dollars on gift cards that it cut my ears and eyes so i switch and until now i have been paying more money that what i used to paid, i did NOT get any of the promotions and NEVER EVEN SEE THE GIFT CARDS and i got 5 lines with the company. I have been calling everybody about this and no one answer Cameron its one pf the managers he doesnt know anything about it as usual, Yalin Vazquez who is suppose to be the person in charge cant even answer a phone call but the person wbho sold me in all my lines was MARIA one of the associates and i would HIGHLY recomend get close to any of this people, By the way i also call the 1-800 number and they dont have a single note of the deals, gift cards or anything that i was suppose to get and i find out after 1 hour and 35 minutes waiting in line for customer service which is another big issue that this company have!! I went ATT in Christiana mall which can see from parking lot on Black Friday to upgrade a zip 7 512G. Tried to get a new phone here and they told me I was not allowed to go to the apple store that had the phone in stock and get the discount an att store would give me. Went to another att store and they recommended I go to an apple store, get the phone, and then bring it in for the att discount. Of course now the sale they'd promised me has ended so it will cost me hundreds and hundreds more. Maybe I'll just find a new carrier instead. read more

This is the worse AT&T I have ever dealt with. There is no organization to who takes names for the "list"when you walk in. People were being taken out of order if they had simple issues. There was a gentleman who came in at 9:30 for a 9:00 appointment and was placed at the top of the list in front of us (we had been there 75 minutes) When we were finally waited on, the item was no longer there and the girl just didn't want to look to help us find it. She kept saying...just go to Apple. We did and they didn't do the Next program so we couldn't get it. That would have been helpful to learn from ATT. If they have that much business, they should staff it accordingly. read more

Don't trust anything anyone in this store says! Went to get a new phone and was told it would be about $200 total.come to find out they charged me $800 for the phone and added some crap to my bill I didn't want or ask for! Had to call corporate to get it resolved. And don't fall for the streaming package either, my husband decided to try it and we didn't like it, we were told we could take the box back to any corporate att store, not true!! This place is HORRIBLE. If this location's management represented the whole company, ATT would be bankrupt. After having dealt with employees who screwed up our plan or don't know how to do their job; it all made sense when we dealt with the manager. Her tyrannical attitude was very abrasive and extremely arrogant. She wouldn't give out her area manager's name so I had to contact her director of sales for a formal complaint. I just wanted to pick up a phone i ordered; instead wasted 1.5 hr trying to pick it up, they didn't have my correct phone, couldn't "scan it out" left empty handed, late to work, my data plan was changed twice, fixed and still wrong twice, lied to my face, service-less for days b/c rep gave out a phone w/o a sim card, and after everything THEY SCREWED UP ON I'm still expected to pay a restocking fee bc i just don't want to deal with this phone & the issues that i shouldn't have had to go through in the first place. Att has lost my business SOLELY DUE TO THIS LOCATION & I've let numerous people know about how we were treated. I'd rather pay double with another company but I actually end up saving money. read more

I went to the At&T store at the Christiana Mall and had a great experience thanks to Chamera Robinson. She is a retail service consultant. The customer service she gave me made me feel like I was the only one in the store and went out of her way to make sure I found the right phone that would work with my budget. I had a question about the Apple Watch so the staff member said that she would be more than happy to check me in and have somebody help me. She gave no time estimate. It was Black Friday so I knew it would be longer then usual. After waiting one hour I decided to check in with the staff to see how much longer. They said I had at least one more hour. I was surprised to learn that a cell phone store has no capabilities of sending text or phone call alerts with wait updates. After waiting over two hours - I learned that they do not have product. Waited at the star store for over an hour and a half, when they told me it would be 45 min to an 1 Hour. When I asked to speak to a manager( short white blonde with bob haircut), she came and started to make excuse after excuse. To make matters worse she spoke to us with an attitude that was like she was better than us, she spoke to us in a demeaning tone in such a way that it made us feel as if we weren't good enough to get her help because we weren't white. To make matters even worse in the middle of us talking with her she left and started to help another person and totally left us. This manager is totally incompetent and has no costumer service skills. I can't even fathom how she got to the position of manager in the first place, especially without people skills and her white privilege attitude. So I returned my AT&T TV box before the 14 day free trial to the same store i got it from. And i still get charged $120 for non-returned equipment. Absolutely ridiculous & fraud. We went into this store today for a phone upgrade after being told at the "Apple Store" we had to make an appointment an hour in advance. I had a great experience with Zack. There was no waiting and plenty of room in the store. Zack pleasantly explained to us our "options" to get the phone we wanted and all the data moved from my old phone. He made it easy! What a tremendous experience in this store with Zack. He even enabled us to make our dinner engagement by leaving the phone at the store while it restored all the files. This location was the worst experience I have ever encountered at an AT&T store. Waited over 30 minutes for an online pick up. When we arrived we were asked to go on the waiting list but associates roamed about the store and were not helping anyone. We actually had to wait for an employee to clock in and assist us with the watch pick up. WORST customer service I've seen by far in AT&T. read more

This store, which is inside the Christiana Mall, is insanely busy even on a weekday evening. I think it would be a better idea to visit the Talleyville store on Concord Pike if you would rather not be on a long waiting list. However, from what I've seen, they do try to get to every customer as efficiently as possible and they are fairly competent in setting up prepaid GoPhone plans. read more

Went to the store 3 times to get something done. 2 out of the 3 times we were "lucky" enough to be serviced by a sales rep called Darris. He was not up to his game with his work, couldn't figure things out, and simply told us that there was no way to get what we wanted done. So with our final attempt, we went to the manager, and she was very helpful and we got what we went there for. Take away from this experience: don't ask Darris for anything because he's not only incapable, but also unwilling to help you. read more

I need to take a moment to thank Dawn Manuel for her amazing attention to detail and unmatched customer service. I came into the store one night over a month ago with a big problem that had been ongoing for over 3 months. She stayed with me until after close and called at least 2 of her supervisors to get permission to correct for one of my "issues". Today I returned to the store for a few different issues where I had expert help from a great retail sales consultant, Kim Holcomb. Kim approached Dawn with one of my requests and Dawn came right over, shook my hand, and asked me how my new start up was going. Not only did she remember me but she remembered my issues and my new company. Give them a raise! They deserve it. I was ready to pull all my phones not tied to a contract and head to a different company. Knowing Dawn and Kim are available when I need help kept me with ATT. read more

Went in for a new sim card only. Jeremy was our rep and he was awesome. Store was insanely busy but he walked right up to us and offered help. He was so informative on anything and everything we asked about. We ended up walking out extremely happy and with tons of money saved plus some new services. Jeremy easily excels at his job and represents AT&T in a perfect way. Wendi, the manager came up and introduced herself and she was amazing too. We had great conversations with both of them. They are both real and down to earth and truly care about the brand. I can honestly say Jeremy and Wendi made us customers for life if this is how we will be treated all the time. Wendi does a great job running that store and putting customers first and Jeremy does a great job to represent the company. read more

I walked into this store trying to buy a phone and had to wait over an hour (as I watched the useless employees go into the back room to twiddle their thumbs) to get told that I can't buy a phone. I am trying to give you $1,000 for the new iPhone and you tell me you can't help me? What kind of business model is that? "I am a cell phone sales store yet I don't want your money." Yup, that makes so much sense. You are better off going to Mcdonalds and trying to buy a phone there versus going to this store. At least you would come out with good food. read more

Ordered my phone online, came in to pick it up. I was immediately acknowledged by the associate with locs and the associate with the tattoos (sorry dont remember names). As i sat there, the associates helped the customers with whom they were already seated with, but there was no other customers in the store. the rep with the locs added my name to the list, i was the first name. then i saw another rep (black guy) walking back in forth. by this time, there was only me and another customer not being helped yet. this rep walked back and forth past as maybe 5 times, never asked if we were being helped already. not sure if he was a manager or not, but i have over 10 years in customer service and the one thing they drilled into us is always asked if someones been helped even if you know they have. Not only that, the customer who arrived after me was called up before me l, and all i was there to do was pick up my order. Now here i am, after 20 mins sitting here, still wondering when someones going to help me. Only came to this location because it was close to where i was staying, otherwise, wont be coming back to this particular store again. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. this place is the utmost worse, unprofessional, lying individuals I have ever came across in a so called professional setting. I came to them back in January (yes, January) to upgrade my phone. I was to receive a promotional gift card for their AT&T TV service and never received my gift card. Not only did I have to constantly call the rep who, for lack of better and appropriate terms "assisted" me that day to get my gift-card even sent to me. I also had to contact the so called store manager for assistance. I am STILL waiting for my $100 gift card and as of the most recent outrage I have, I was also promised a $100 bill credit for not receiving my previously promised $100 gift card. It has been five days since that conversation with Henry and I have YET, again, to receive any credit to my account or gift card in the mail. Mardis, Joseph and now Henry all ignore my calls and or DO NOT call back. I am now in the process of contacting the district manager!!!!! This is the worst experience I have ever had at any retail store!!! I will never recommend anyone to ever shop here. Not even if their life depended on it. read more

Love this place! Switched over from Verizon to AT&T when they were the only ones that had the I Phone. We walked into the store and it was crowded but soon it was our turn. Our representative was Manny and he was fantastic. The experience was so friendly and low pressure. I got my I phone and my husband got some kind of weird phone that had a keyboard kind of like a computer. In a couple of days he realized that phone was not for him, we went back and they were so friendly and helpful and gladly exchanged his phone for an I Phone. Now we are on our 3rd phones from there and we feel like we are walking in to see friends when we go in. Last time when we upgraded we were told we could switch to a different plan that would save us money so we switched to a different plan and it has worked out great for us. I am really disappointed that they would not allow me to return a Bose speaker only 16 days after purchasing it. I had the box, receipt, etc. and only turned it on once. Most stores such as Best Buy and QVC have been offering a mid or late January return date. I would not buy anything from them again. read more
