The young lady who helped me was amazing(don't want to mess up her name)she was from Belize. Really sweet young lady and very helpful! She found me a open box Flip 7FE for even cheaper and 256GB, I snatched that up quick, coming from a 5. The store was well organized, like most, could they have used a little more staff...maybe, but they handled the floor well.     My recent experience with Best Buy in Morrow, GA has been nothing short of a nightmare. On July 4,…read more2024, I purchased a TCL 85-inch TV from the Best Buy on Hammond Drive in Atlanta, GA. The next day, after paying to have it mounted by an independent contractor, I discovered the TV was missing essential components: no remote, no power cable, and no manual. Attempts to resolve this over the phone led nowhere, so I drove an hour back to the store. Thankfully, the store manager at Perimeter- Hammond Drive Atlanta GA location, John, eventually located the necessary accessories after going through multiple TV boxes. However, after further troubleshooting at home, the TV still wouldn't power on upon my return from a trip abroad. On June 18, 2024, I brought the TV to the Morrow, GA store for a return. This is where the real nightmare began. An associate named Michael Dennis initially assisted, but informed me the TV wouldn't turn on and claimed there was a crack in the screen. I had never removed the protective plastic, so I was unaware of any damage. When I requested to speak with a manager, I encountered Charmaine, who was not only unhelpful but also refused to provide her name despite repeated requests. Her customer service desk associate Faith also refused to give me her supervisor's name. Charmaine's demeanor was rude and condescending throughout the entire interaction. Charmaine insisted I return to the original store for any resolution, despite it being highly inconvenient for me. After speaking with corporate, Michael Dennis still refused to honor the return policy due to alleged damage. Frustrated, I made the trek back to the original store, where Sabrina finally provided the customer service I had originally expected. She promptly exchanged the TV for an 86-inch LG model without hesitation. Overall, the ordeal I endured at Best Buy Morrow was beyond disappointing. The lack of customer service from Charmaine and Michael Dennis was unacceptable, and their refusal to abide by company policy until Sabrina at another location intervened speaks volumes about their disregard for customer satisfaction. I will actively dissuade friends and family from shopping at any Best Buy store and am pursuing further action with senior leadership to address these ongoing issues. I am also sharing my experience online on every social media platform I am a member of to share my experience in hopes to prevent others from experiencing something like this. This experience has been a significant inconvenience, consuming unnecessary time, gas, and effort. Best Buy Morrow has lost a previously loyal customer due to their incompetence and poor service.

Jaylin was the person who helped to get the connection. He was very easy to work and helpful. I want to give a special shout out to him. Jaylin will go above and beyond to make sure you are being taken care of! Thank you for your patience and your smile. The store will well lite and bright. There is ample free parking in front of the store. They maintain great value. I would definetely recommend this store highly because it is wonderful to know Xfinity has employed these gentlemen.

This location is horrific, they will do anything to get a sale and not care if they are putting you in a worse situation, money wise. Some employees are not bad, but they have to do what their manager Aj tells them to do. The manager wanted me to switch so desperately to Xfinity Wireless, that he used his own credit card and asked that I pay him back. Customers requesting new cable boxes are sometimes told they do not ave any at the store but will find boxes for other customers who walk in as the other walks out. (That happened to me and an employee informed home that they are just following orders). I was sold an iPhone this week that has a crack on the back which i noticed a few hours later and went back to this effff up place and Justin asked, how did you do that? Immediately blamed me, but i could see he was very nervous and im sure the manager made him do it. The manager is a POS who lies constantly. In December I purchased a phone, once the transfer was started the salesperson handed me the phone and went to lunch & left me standing there w the new phone in my hands. A few days later i returned the phone bc the sh!+ didn't work. Spoke to AJ who oooked in the system and said, "nahhhh I won't be able allowed to do it". Went home and called customer service and I was informed that I had up to 30 DAYS TO RETURN IT. SMH the diva was not happy one bit . You seeeeeee, that is why I was given the broken cell phone which I cannot return. If you must purchase anything from this people, MAKE TGEM OPEN THE PACKAGE INFRONT OF YOU AND YOU YOURSELF INSPECT IT WHILE THE MANAGERS LIL ROBOTS LEAVE YOUR SIDE! Also, VERY IMPORTANT, get the paperwork from the robots b4 you LEAVE. They tell you anything at the store but on the paperwork THE NUMBERS ARE DIFFERENT, ITS ABOUT THE SALE!!!!!! An employee told me that the manager gets fat bonuses if he makes the most sale. XFINITY YOU REALLY NEED TO CLEAN HOUSE!!!!!!! THE Customers ARE BEING LIED TO AND RIPPED OFFFFFFFF!
