He was very easy to work and helpful. I want to give a special shout out to him. Jaylin will go above and beyond to make sure you are being taken care of! Thank you for your patience and your smile. This location is horrific, they will do anything to get a sale and not care if they are putting you in a worse situation, money wise. Some employees are not bad, but they have to do what their manager Aj tells them to do. The manager wanted me to switch so desperately to Xfinity Wireless, that he used his own credit card and asked that I pay him back. Customers requesting new cable boxes are sometimes told they do not ave any at the store but will find boxes for other customers who walk in as the other walks out. (That happened to me and an employee informed home that they are just following orders). I was sold an iPhone this week that has a crack on the back which i noticed a few hours later and went back to this effff up place and Justin asked, how did you do that? Immediately blamed me, but i could see he was very nervous and im sure the manager made him do it. The manager is a POS who lies constantly. In December I purchased a phone, once the transfer was started the salesperson handed me the phone and went to lunch & left me standing there w the new phone in my hands. A few days later i returned the phone bc the sh!+ didn't work. Spoke to AJ who oooked in the system and said, "nahhhh I won't be able allowed to do it". Went home and called customer service and I was informed that I had up to 30 DAYS TO RETURN IT. SMH the diva was not happy one bit . You seeeeeee, that is why I was given the broken cell phone which I cannot return. If you must purchase anything from this people, MAKE TGEM OPEN THE PACKAGE INFRONT OF YOU AND YOU YOURSELF INSPECT IT WHILE THE MANAGERS LIL ROBOTS LEAVE YOUR SIDE! Horrible experience. I went to the store because Iost my phone. i asked to transfer my old number to a new phone. She explained to me that I had have internet services and insurance on my phone in order to so do it. I sat in the store from 12:30 to 3pm..."she was claimed she was trying to get my number transferred to the new phone "just and charge for internet service " lies" I also explained to her I did not need internet service. She still proceed to sell me a phone and give me a new number. Knowing all the time she could have given me my pin and the account number and sent to another carrier that offered cell phone service only.(I found this out from another Xfinity store ( camp creek location) I realize she was only trying to get the "sell "of the phone. Worst customer service ever. I literally thought I was walking into a club. Everybody is standing at the counter. When I spoke to Corporate they asked if I was offered the cell phone plan. I said I literally felt like I was walking to a club. Everybody was so unprofessional so sad. read more

I set up autopay to save money and have noticed each month they are deducting more and more. Four months into autopay the rate is 21.00 more. Trying to reach a live person is like trying to get into Fort Knox. The automated system drives me crazy. read more

This company lacks all honesty and integrity. If you sign up with them for cable and internet on a 2 year plan, they will promise you a rate, and then drastically raise it a few months in, but tell you it cost hundreds to cancel. They are pure liars and scum bags. read more

ThIs store Is terrIble! I had cameras Installed June 15, 2024. fIrst of all, I was dIsappoInted at the sIze and look of the cameras. I thought they were wIreless. I ordered cameras to go on top of my house. when the tech Installed the cameras, I told hIm I could've bought those from Walmart. I told hIm, I wanted cameras to go outsIde on top of my house. he saId, he could only put them in front next to my doorbell. I told hIm I want to cancel but he saId he wouldn't get credIt for the Install If I cancelled the same day. therefore, I waIted. I cancelled on June 18, 2024. The rep told me as long as I return my cameras wIthIn 30 days. On July 3, 2024 I was charged $199 for the equIpment. I called and was told It would be refunded once equIpment Is receIved. I returned equIpment July 10, 2024 to the morrow Mt. ZIon store. the rep looked at my account and saId I was good; I dIdn't owe anythIng. he saId, he dIdn't have a receIpt to gIve me. I never receIved my $199 refund and then on August 3, I was charged $686 for equIpment. I called customer servIce 8/5/24 they saId they were submIttIng request for refund. I receIved a notIfIcatIon 8/6/24 sayIng the refund was denIed. I called back 8/6/24, she saId the request was sent to the wrong department. It needed to go to the home department. so, she was goIng to transfer me but before transferrIng me, she told me my Install guy lIed!!! she saId, he was suppose to add cable to the cameras and put them on top of the house. meanwhIle, she transferred me to someone who transferred me agaIn to someone in home. thIs guy saId he submItted my refund and I should get It wIthIn 7-10 busIness day. I stIll haven't been refunded. Spoke wIth customer servIce 8/15/24 saId to have store put In notes sayIng equIpment returned. I went to morrow, ga. store 8/17/24 the guy saId, there's no equIpment showIng and I shouldn't be charged. however, he couldn't put any notes in the system because he dIdn't do the return. He told me to go to the corporate offIce In FayettevIlle, Ga. or Camp creek locatIon. I went to FayettevIlle 8/18/24, they saId they get thousands of complaInts about the Morrow store because theIr lazy! she saId, there Is nothIng they can do sInce Morrow Is a franchIse, they can't see any of theIr customer.
