Also I was to drop off the wrong equipment at a Verizon office and was not given the best service. Andrew happened to call me back and I mentioned they weren't able to help and he had me return to his location and he had Brent call the 1-800 number and got the wrong equipment credited back, made me a label and had them credit me for the amount I paid for the mistaken equipment. They went above and beyond for me and when I need a new phone they will get my business!

Limited 5G, slow sporadic service, came into this location intending to get hotspot and unlimited data for my husband. Nope, the rep couldn't even get the service to allow him access to our information. Not a good sign. The technology is so advanced these days, but at times Verizon seems to be laggy and not the self-proclaimed leader in cellular service. We'll be shopping when we return from vacation. C-ya

Michael persuaded me to not get prepaid and showed me the benefits of postpaid plans and helped set up everything in a jiffy as well as informed me on current offers for new devices. Brought my price down to a really great deal and waived all activation charges.

Do NOT do business here…read more My salesperson (Arvilla B) is now caught in the middle of lying to me in order to get better commission. She was unaware that my background is in cell phone sales. The lie was that customers have no other choice but to enroll into AT&Ts insurance program (an extra ~$15 a month on your bill) if you purchase a phone in-store. I knew this was a lie so I asked her to say it again, just to be sure. She doubled down. I continued the transaction and called AT&T customer support immediately after leaving. The corporate agent I spoke to told me that it isn't true and that there is zero possibility that this is a store policy. Now I have to waste another couple hours returning the phone and closing my brand new, fresh account. Arvilla has to lose all of her commission because she just had to stretch it a little further. Very unfortunate for all parties involved, liar and customer both.
